I been going ham for like 6 months now. My hair definitely looks fuller. My haircuts look way better. My routine is when I wash my hair, I'm using a scalp brush to get the dandruff off as much as possible. I do hand massages for about 3-5 minutes to really get the blood flowing. I make sure my scalp is moving significantly. Then I use my Breo scalp massager until it turns off automatically. The scalp massager really moves my scalp in a shiatsu type of motion. They can be, we just made a video on Niacin.
@@me_rse niacin flush is when you get a sun burn like reaction from large doses of niacin that is opening capillaries on the surface of the skin.
I've been doing scalp massage for a few months which has softened my skin but lead to a flaky scalp. Is this usual that scalp massage leads to a more flaky scalp initially?
Yes it can be possible since it releases a lot of sebum initially.
Excellent knowledge!
Thanks for watching!
I agree with massaging on scalp. It has to help. It works on the body as well. I use it as 1 of 5 physical hair regimen tools. I help men get their high school hair line back on my channel naturally no matter the scale.
Thanks for sharing
No matter the scale, really??
Care to share the details how to do that? Please reply.
@@user-uf3uq9fm1s Dont be too hard on yourself. The economy is struggling a bit. You will get it together one day.

How do you massage using your hands? Slow? Fast? Circular..? Vertical? Hard, gentle…? Was hoping to at least get that answer in this nearly 30 min video.
Slow and gentle, you dont wanna damage the follicles.
How does massaging inhibit the 5ar enzyme? If it’s blood flow then why not take low dose oral minoxidil??????
Aim to stack treatments that work through different mechanisms
Oook, as a bald amab on hrt, im willing to try massaging my head and adding rosemary oil. I do have a very tense scalp. We'll see.
Wouldn’t microneedling cause build up of scar tissue/collagen?
depends on healing and your frequency
Good question. I had the same question. Microneeding seems to work for hair loss yet it builds up more collagen
@@dedezee11 it does leading to a tighter scalp which causes further miniaturisation due to scar tissue, tightness thus suffocating the hair
@@zgts4u but people have had good outcome with using micrneedling on their scalp. How can that be then?
@@dedezee11 you need the right length, virtually no pressure and don’t go too deep, it should only be to help product penetration and not to stimulate collagen production
