      It's the little things that add up, if it's 10% of your day but thats every single day then thats a huge problem, the reverse is also true months and months of relaxing is restorative the body replaces all its parts each year a consistent constructive relaxation 10% per day grows and builds as well.

      @@XxlilqhostxXTo be honest I changed workplace. Went to a therapist. Slept more. And started to change diet according to Dr Berg’s advices. I cut gluten, and (lactose-free) milk, these helped a lot. Which is not mentioned here, I think, I use MCT oil-rosemary combo on my scalp so my scalp is healthy now. I apply a home made fermented milk-egg mask 1x\2weeks on my scalp. Also I use a shampoo that is ok to use for people with eczema. I don’t have eczema, but have a sensitive THIN skin. And after shampooing I use an apple vinegar rinse on my scalp because of pH, so my scalp can defend itself more against fungi and bacteria. My hair and scalp are much more healthier, and during the healing process I noticed a lot of baby hair first which are long now and didn’t fall out. These helped a lot, but the real change was ditching my old boss. Take care of your mental health, it is your everything….

    I want to thank you for this video. I recently was discovered to have extremely low hemoglobin levels (under 6 where norms are about 15). I had been complaining to my doctor that my once beautiful thick hairs were now extremely thin and fragile so that they kept breaking and my hair was falling out so much that I wondered why I wasn't bald. My doctor said it was old age (I'm only 70). She said my weakness was because I wasn't exercising (which I couldn't because I was too weak) Had she done even looked at my hemoglobin levels, I wouldn't have needed an emergency trip to the hospital for a transfusion. I wouldn't have developed Afib, heart disease, extreme shortness of breath, and weakness that sent me to bed for about 20 hours a day. My primary care physician never even looked at my hemoglobin levels, though they were part of the regular blood work. It was only when I went to a cardiologist and he saw that I was in an emergency situation that I was able to fix the underlying problem and begin to raise my hemoglobin levels. I was stunned when almost immediately, my hair stopped breaking and falling off. It was pure white. Now it seems to be turning dark. I had slow but steady blood loss through my stools, but I hadn't recognized it as bloody stools. It had gone on for so long that it looked normal.
    Moral of the story -- if you don't trust your doctor, change doctors. Some are incompetent. Remember, half of all doctors graduated at the bottom half of their class.
    I look forward to seeing your shampoo and conditioner for sale

      My own experience many if not most doctors at least in USA are borderline incompetent. Thats why you must take charge of your own health and one place to start is reviewing your own blood work. Covid has only made the situation worse, providers overworked and stressed.

      Yes, it had to be Don the Con Dump that caused my thin hair. LOL I m 81, and have been going to two Drs. neither helped me. I went to hospital and requested the blood test myself because I have been taking iron for over a year Could hardly get out of bed. Last spring, took the 1st Moderma shot. It nearly killed me. I'm POCS, and it stopped my muscles from working and attacked my body, stayed in bed three months screaming in pain. Could not sleep, because I would roll on my arm and wake up, could not open a door or lock cells my seat belt. Took anabiotics and got a litter better. Was given two bottles of Cipro when I was 75, and it is suppose to change your dna and believe it is true. In my blood test my red blood cells were way above normal and white cells way below normal. This may sound strange, but I noticed a significant difference in texture (thick to thin) ever since I got a water softening system. Something that is supposedly better for hair has really done a number on mine. I shed more than usual, my scalp itches, it’s lifeless and flat and seems to feel dirty much quicker. I literally have to shampoo every day because of the soft water. So frustrating when something so good and recommended does the opposite of what you were expecting 🙁

    • @Mucnicc
      @Mucnicc Год назад +9

      I just did one quick google search to see if I could maybe figure out the issue and turns out water softeners remove other minerals from your water aside from calcium and magnesium, including iron, which is the first tip Dr. Berg offers us, so that could be part of what's harming your hair. You should also try and remember if you changed anything in your routine or adopted different habits at around the same time this started happening, you may have put all your attention on the water softener and turned away from what could actually be the bigger problem, but that's just my advice, best of luck to you.

    I see so many men in their 20s losing their hair, going bald so early. I can't help but to link it to the rise in GMO food from the early 1990s. My Dad had full, thick hair his entire life. He grew up eating real food. Thankfully, we also grew up eating real food from hunting, fishing, foraging, growing and raising. My brother has full, thick hair without thinning and he is in his late 40s. Another observation - my sisters and I never had extreme development like I saw in many of my friends. Health is really all about what you put into your body. The fluoride water, when it came to our little town, really messed up our teeth. We went from no dental issues to cavities within a couple years. Of course, dentists disagree, but I experienced it first hand.

    My own hair growth success story i followed below:
    1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind.
    2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth.
    3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, further supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough.
    4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your fingertips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore.
    5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Don't get pills they are not high dose enough.
    6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, don't let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple of times a week does wonders.
    Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too.
    Stick to the regimen, I promise you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why it's hard to cure.

    Hi Dr Berg, I am enjoying your videos…but this one gives me the most hope, because I’ve always thought thin hair was genetic and worsens with age! Also these items you recommended are readily available, some of which I started consuming only recently. Thanks for the reassurance I am on the right track after all👍🏻

    I had sunflower seeds, and coco nibs in a protein shake everyday for about a month. My hair was incredibly soft half way through that month.
    It definitely has more to do with your health, rather than the type of shampoo you use.

      What else is in your shakes? That sounds good.. do you soak the sunnies 1st to activate the enzymes? And coco nibs are cacao nibs ? Do tell!

      @AlienYogurtPot123 2 года назад +5

      @@adevore1971 I had one meal a day. I'd use the shakes, as my 2nd & 3rd meal. First, I'd grind the sunflower seeds, and coco nibs into a fine powder (for pleasent toilet reasons haha). Then I'd get my flavour from the protein powder. Mine was chocolate flavour. Add milk, and you're all set. :) Edit: You might like to add stuff for better flavour but I wanted it to be, as healthy, and as cheap, as possible.

    I started taking vitamin d and iron a few months ago after experiencing hair loss for 2 years, and that got rid of the problem entirely.

  • @specialtwice4975
    @specialtwice4975 Год назад +3

    I saw this on another video:
    1.) vitamin d supplements
    2.) iron foods like breakfast cereal, tofu, etc. Only foods because supplements can have wayyyy too much iron which is very bad without a doctor saying you need it)
    3.) eat more fish/seafood for omega 3
    4.) Make a juice
    Beets, carrots, orange juice, and maybe tsp of honey. Blend/mix in blender. (You can find different recipe videos of it on RUclips, just search "hair loss home remedy")
    Drink 2x a week.
    5.) Hair oil or hair growth oil to put on hair (I'm using the ordinary's multipetide hair density serum right now)
    6.) do yoga (for less stress)

      Moving can be very stressful even if you are happy in your new place. It is normal for hair to go through shedding phases- with me it usually happens in October. October past I was picking up handfuls of hair from my carpet which was quite worrying. However that calmed down after a few weeks. Use a gentle sulphate free shampoo. I really like Living Proof hair products. Good nutrition, quality sleep, fresh air and exercise help also x
