The timing of these videos is impeccable. I’ve been experiencing chronic hair shedding for the past 2 years and only in the past few weeks have I seen the shedding slowly taper down. I need more time before I can judge it but still an improvement. I was looking at my hair last night and this morning and thinking how thin it has become. It’s been on my mind 24/7. It's the little things that add up, if it's 10% of your day but thats every single day then thats a huge problem, the reverse is also true months and months of relaxing is restorative the body replaces all its parts each year a consistent constructive relaxation 10% per day grows and builds as well.

@@XxlilqhostxXTo be honest I changed workplace. Went to a therapist. Slept more. And started to change diet according to Dr Berg’s advices. I cut gluten, and (lactose-free) milk, these helped a lot. Which is not mentioned here, I think, I use MCT oil-rosemary combo on my scalp so my scalp is healthy now. I apply a home made fermented milk-egg mask 1x\2weeks on my scalp. Also I use a shampoo that is ok to use for people with eczema. I don’t have eczema, but have a sensitive THIN skin. And after shampooing I use an apple vinegar rinse on my scalp because of pH, so my scalp can defend itself more against fungi and bacteria. My hair and scalp are much more healthier, and during the healing process I noticed a lot of baby hair first which are long now and didn’t fall out. These helped a lot, but the real change was ditching my old boss. Take care of your mental health, it is your everything….

My own hair growth success story i followed below:
    1. Fragrance free shampoo. Korean cosmetic industry understand why years ago, we are still behind.
    2. Taoist soap for hair growth 2x a week only: stops further loss, stimulates new growth.
    3. Nettle tea to drink 2x a day at least for removing hormone residue in the liver, further supporting hormone balance, altho not fully but enough.
    4. Scalp massage for 30 minutes a day. Do not skip, just massage with your fingertips slow and hard, be gentle at first as next day can get sore.
    5. Collagen powder 2x a day w tablespoons each time. Don't get pills they are not high dose enough.
    6. Cold water rinse on just top of scalp, don't let cold water on back of neck or head much as you might get sick. But once a day or a couple of times a week does wonders.
Learnt this from my brother who spent years looking for answers. He has a full head of hair now and 38. But at 23 he had very thin hair all over. I had thin hair too.
Stick to the regimen, I promise you will see results. Hair growth requires many angels and this is why it's hard to cure.

I want to thank you for this video. I recently was discovered to have extremely low hemoglobin levels (under 6 where norms are about 15). I had been complaining to my doctor that my once beautiful thick hairs were now extremely thin and fragile so that they kept breaking and my hair was falling out so much that I wondered why I wasn't bald. My doctor said it was old age (I'm only 70). She said my weakness was because I wasn't exercising (which I couldn't because I was too weak) Had she done even looked at my hemoglobin levels, I wouldn't have needed an emergency trip to the hospital for a transfusion. I wouldn't have developed Afib, heart disease, extreme shortness of breath, and weakness that sent me to bed for about 20 hours a day. My primary care physician never even looked at my hemoglobin levels, though they were part of the regular blood work. It was only when I went to a cardiologist and he saw that I was in an emergency situation that I was able to fix the underlying problem and begin to raise my hemoglobin levels. I was stunned when almost immediately, my hair stopped breaking and falling off. It was pure white. Now it seems to be turning dark. I had slow but steady blood loss through my stools, but I hadn't recognized it as bloody stools. It had gone on for so long that it looked normal.
Moral of the story -- if you don't trust your doctor, change doctors. Some are incompetent. Remember, half of all doctors graduated at the bottom half of their class.
I look forward to seeing your shampoo and conditioner for sale

I see so many men in their 20s losing their hair, going bald so early. I can't help but to link it to the rise in GMO food from the early 1990s. My Dad had full, thick hair his entire life. He grew up eating real food. Thankfully, we also grew up eating real food from hunting, fishing, foraging, growing and raising. My brother has full, thick hair without thinning and he is in his late 40s. Another observation - my sisters and I never had extreme development like I saw in many of my friends. Health is really all about what you put into your body. The fluoride water, when it came to our little town, really messed up our teeth. We went from no dental issues to cavities within a couple years. Of course, dentists disagree, but I experienced it first hand.

This may sound strange, but I noticed a significant difference in texture (thick to thin) ever since I got a water softening system. Something that is supposedly better for hair has really done a number on mine. I shed more than usual, my scalp itches, it’s lifeless and flat and seems to feel dirty much quicker. I literally have to shampoo every day because of the soft water. So frustrating when something so good and recommended does the opposite of what you were expecting 🙁

    • @Mucnicc
      @Mucnicc Год назад +9

I just did one quick google search to see if I could maybe figure out the issue and turns out water softeners remove other minerals from your water aside from calcium and magnesium, including iron, which is the first tip Dr. Berg offers us, so that could be part of what's harming your hair. You should also try and remember if you changed anything in your routine or adopted different habits at around the same time this started happening, you may have put all your attention on the water softener and turned away from what could actually be the bigger problem, but that's just my advice, best of luck to you.

Good info! But unfortunately the shower head to remove fluoride you recommended down below doesn’t remove fluoride!
Very hard to find one for sure , because of the reverse osmosis!
Whole house filter system would be the way to go!👍

    After years of wasting
$$$ on eyelash & especially eyebrow, serums, I’ve discovered that 5 months of Dr Berg’s Hair Supplement is growing both. I thought my eyebrows were going to be barely there forever because of a prior thyroid condition. I’m thrilled!! I 💕Dr Berg. All his supps I’ve tried WORK, & have become constants.

Red photon light is also great, it increases ATP, giving cells energy and therefore allowing the cell to do what it's supposed to

Water: My grandmother stressed only using rainwater to rinse/wash her hair. She had beautiful soft, shiny hair. She always smelled like lavender. I wish I had her secret shampoo too!

Hmmm, I only use rain water on my plants which helps them grow like crazy. So now I'm going to try your Grandma's Tip & put it on my hair. Thanks 😊

Astaxanthin quickly grew my hair back after i lost it from illness and stress. I'd lost a lot of blood due to crohns. I could see little hairs coming back within a month and it has kept on growing, THICKER than it ever had in my life. I always had what looked like a receding hairline on my temples, nothing serious, but it grew back so thick here. I have known a couple other people, one with low thyroid, and another pretty healthy 50 year old friend. I'm 40.

I'm sure there are other brands that work just as well if that's not available for you.
