when you inevitably get a ht (i think you said you would, in a previous video) will you -not- take fin? i'm weighing my own options and very curious. thanks in advance, and thanks for this video.
I'm 60 in a few months, really hard to regrow lost hair at my age. But I'm doing it. Inversion 15 minutes per day which was my big boost, last 3 months added deep scalp massage while on inversion table. Also doing derma roller 1.5 mm once per month. Getting nice results and hair trajectory looking good. Thanks @hairguard for the explanations on scalp massage videos. I was doing scalp massage before just in shower and that was not enough. Now I'm doing it right with good results.
also, if you don't mind me asking - did you gradually increase your inversion time each day? i'm currently doing a couple mins every day and even that makes me feel nauseous.
@nmc5657 I first started using inversion only when my back got sore. Just used it for a few minutes. Then my neck had 2 vertebrae pinching a nerve so I needed to level up on inversion. I dove in and went 2 sessions per day, 15 minutes morning, 15 minutes at night. Your body will adapt. I can fall asleep upside down now like a bat. I use an audible timer just in case. Beware of the cautions of inversion, you should be in good health. David Blain stayed inverted for 3 days in one of his stunts. Scale in is my best advice. Also I use extra foam padding on my ankles so they don't get sore. Other options, yoga hammock, and gravity boots.
You can use a back massager on your head. You know how people get itchy from all the blood flow while using an electric back massager? Don't forget to do the back of the head and above the sideburns
The underlying cause of blood flow loss is one level deeper. Skull bone growth at the four eminences, one at each temple and two on the crown is what causes the pattern hair loss and tension in those areas of the scalp, leading to less blood flow and build-up of DHT at the follicle root. A medication that only blocks DHT's effect on skull bone growth after puberty would be a much safer and targeted cure than finasteride. ALL male pattern hair loss sufferers have the same thing in common: hard, bulbous scalps. That hardness is bone growth! A NW7 is essentially getting shelled like a turtle on top.
I had thinning hair in my late 20s then got varicose veins by middle 30s. Before that, not a single advice for hair growth worked for me probably because the blood flow was not good enough. Now in my early 40s and even lost hair at the bottom of my feet. I also struggled to build muscles all my life.
Couple of video tips. Derma rollers do more damage better the derma stamp. Also you did not mention dutasteride close to finasteride...kindly included.
So why is it that hair follicles taken from back of head and implanted to the crown does not fall off if the crown has less blood flow than the back of head?
This isn't the case. We know that transplanted hairs do start to thin if the patient doesn't take finasteride. Happens every time. It just takes 5-10 years. And most hair transplant patients take finasteride. We also know that smaller graft sizes start miniaturising faster than big graft sizes.
why dont you make a direct response video to a haircafe video, he goes indepth into why the pro-bloodflow studies aren't that valid from a methodological error point of view
More bloodflow should cause more hairloss since more DHT reaches the hair follicle, DHT is the cause for MPB, no blood flow causes ischemia and always leads to atrophy and death of all living tissue.
It’s crazy how all the fear mongering around finasteride causes people to believe in scalp massages just to know that they are doing something 🤯 Still better than buying his products 😂

@@Hairguard I've had a hair transplant over 15 years ago and don't take finasteride and it's still thick on the corners but the native hair is thin
@@Youdude2 You're correct. The term describing your situation is known as Donor Dominance
Makes sense because PRP is where they literally inject blood back into the scalp and that works well for regrowth. Shame it's $500+ each time 😂😂
I mean, can't you just insect the blood yourself, I mean, just go to a doctor you know, right 😂
Scalp massages did yeild much better results for me than a 6month PRP treatment.😉
Prp did nothing for me and I had at least 5 sessions.

Hi, the Growband pro is a ONE SIZE fit all ? Or is it adjustable to the size of your head ?
Regards
Fully adjustable using the dial on the back. Its designed for all head sizes.
