Personally I wouldn't want to use a DHT blocker, even if it is 'natural' because it's blocking a healthy masculine hormone. I prefer good old scalp massages because they restore blood flow, zero side effects, and they work well for me
Natural dht blockers are supposed to go systemic otherwise they won't be effective. You can't rub a tomato on your head and expect to grow hair, you will have to eat it.
You know that the skin is the largest organ of absorption and secretion we have in the body, right? everything you put on your skin is absorbed and gets into the bloodstream, that's why people who take topical finasteride have the same side effects in terms of fertility, man boobs, etc.
I got the same amount of side effects from saw palmetto as finesteride. Side effects included: decreased libido, E.D., gynecomastia & weight gain 15-20lbs. Furthermore, I used a saw palmetto 160 mg for 6 months & got all these sides. I've been fit & worked out like a maniac my whole life. I've maintained a lean physique relatively easy. It took me 2 years to lose all the fat I gained & my nip's finally went down. No side effects my ass or tits that I grew!
I had a similar situation with saw palmetto extract after using it after 3.5 months. I started getting hot flashes and knew I had to stop it asap. I had ED for a weeks afterwards but luckily it went away. The bad part was that I had developed mild gyno on my left chest area and had developed a small lump under the nipple. This was over 10 years ago and the lump is still there.
just because its natural, it doesnt mean its better. Finasteride has the best clinical trial history, so I would go with that, because it works. If i am sensitive to DHT blockers, it wont help me that its natural.
Natural solutions are a lot less standardised. There could be a lot of difference in the quality you get. Fin and dut work very well for those who can tolerate them.
I buy Triquetra’s Saw Palmetto Extract plus Pumpkin Seed Oil and have noticed an improvement in my hair over the last 4 months. My parents even said something, so it’s not just me. I buy it on Amazon for like $32 but that’s for a 2-month supply. Make sure you buy this specific brand, I saw a RUclips video by a scientist that analyzed all the available companies and he said this is by far the best available option and the strongest Saw Palmetto extract. I have not noticed any side effects (besides growing a second dick out of my neck). J/K I also use oral minoxidil 2.5mg, but after starting the Saw Palmetto Extract (10:1 Concentrate, 380mg) was when I noticed the improvement. Best wishes.

Microneedling is probably better than massaing.
@gusslator8136 Can u tell how often and how long and how to do massage
Can use both. I always recommend to massage the perimeter muscles for those with AGA. Scalp brushing is also great.
@@Hairguard Where are these perimeter muscles? Is it the forehead/hairline?
If you apply it topically and not ingesting it, Im assuming the dht blocking effect will be limited to the area of application and not body wide.
I prefer topical DHT blockers, if at all. So the DHT reduction doesn't go systemic.

as for finasterid , they will go systemic even if you take it topic , the art is to find to middleway dosage

Damn you are dumb.
In a previous video, the recommended dosage for stinging nettle was at least 500mg/day

All the natural DHT blockers mentioned in the video :

There’s no link in description for your protocol
eating pumpkin seeds is also somewhat effective?
No. only Fin and Dut. Everthing else is not effective
What about topical Coffein?
not a blocker. good for bloodflow iirc. but it's not sure bloodflow has any effect on balding.

Some people want natural dht blockers and others would want 2.5mg dut

Anyone using saw palmetto with good results? And no side effects?

What happened to the long haired guy that posted videos years ago? Who runs this channel?
Tony will be back soon :)
But no permanent solution
Nothing is permanent tbh.
Dut and Fin is permanent as long as you use them
@@HumanMadeXo Permanent erection problem
Saw Palmetto does nothing.
