    I think my hair regrowth method is weirder, but effective. I hang 15 minutes per day upside down on an inversion table. It definitely gets more blood flow to scalp.
    Currently I'm only doing 3 mechanical things for hair regrowth, no topical or orals.
    Inversion, deep scalp massage while inverted, and 1.5mm micro needling.
    Age 59, getting consistent regrowth.

      how long did it take you to see results? how many times per week for micro needling and being inverted upside down? thanks

      @moreed I've been hanging upside down for about 3 years. Within 2 months I started seeing some new hair sprout, and loss stopped. Regrowth has been slow but steady. When I added deep scalp massage and micro needling 3 months ago I've seen a nice hair gain trajectory. I think I just needed to put these 3 things together. I think I got it at max blood flow now.

    This was a good list- the botox injection gave me a clue years ago on the scalp tension issue related to hair loss. I try to relax tension via massages. I am reversing over a decade of severe hair loss so Its working...I help men on my channel get their high school hair line back.

    did u see that men using minoxidil gave birth to extra-hairy babies with werewolf syndrome ?? it s being reevaluated now in europe; they think it's caused by skin to skin contact with the baby

    • @ericf6262
      @ericf6262 Месяц назад

      Werewolf syndrome has existed a long time before minoxidil appeared. If they dont do a meta analysis about this cases then to me there is no serious evidence

    • @shoresofreedom
      @shoresofreedom Месяц назад

      @@nazhul yup. appearently the baby comes in contact with minoxidil through the father's hands, beard and hair, and develops hypertrichosis. but the good news is allegedly if the baby is no more exposed to minoxidil, it stops. i don't know more about this.

    “No wonder, so many people are walking around bald in London. It must be one of the most baldest cities in the world.” 😂 that was one of the funniest things I ever heard. Sad that our water supply is so disgusting in this supposed industrialized, modern world. It’s the same in Wisconsin. Nasty water plus they poison it with the fluoride.

      @@Sleepdriver1984 What is ETG? I can't find anything that is called this in this context. And how did you do the ozonetherapy. Did you get a medical grade unit and a oxygen source yourself and did you use it internally or externally? Or some kind of clinic treatment.
      Is it possible to get exosomes to use with micro-needling? I am talking about doing your own micro needling like we already are doing. And how did you use the castor oil?
      I use it for all kinds of things including the scalp.

    • @Sleepdriver1984
      @Sleepdriver1984 9 дней назад

      @cajampa exosomes now are mostly derived from Gotu Kola (centella asiatica) unless one goes to South Korea, but microneedling on the day before the treatment should enhance the latter.
      Castor oil is just massaged above the microneedled parts, but it can also be used alone, though it might take more time.
      Ozonetherapy works mostly for dandruff, it's not in injectable form but rather a thing put around the head to cover all the scalp.
      ETG is electro-trichogenesis, based on electrostatic waves that pull up the follicles and make them gradually regrow back, it's done right after the LLLT (with the LED on red/IR wavelength).

      @Sleepdriver1984 OK thanks. I thought the exosomes was a micro needling treatment. But it sounds like it is something else then. So it is made out of Guta Kola.
      I had totally missed type of that serum I was all about them collagen petides, gentle chemical peels and all the classic actives for the skin. I will for sure try out exosomes on my hair then.
      Do you have a brand or product you can recommend?
      Thanks for showing me that lead I had no idea.
      OK got you, you use the ozone therapy externally. Do you use a medical grade unit with a oxygen source to make pure ozone?
      And how do manage to keep the ozone from spilling down and getting into your eyes, mouth and lungs? Because it is very toxic stuff in the wrong places and especially if you are using not a medical grade unit.
      And if you do use a medical grade unit have you tried it internally yet? I have the cheap non medical type and that you can't use safely internally, but I have heard remarkable accounts from people have used it like that, so I have always wanted to try it for real.
      But those medical grade units plus a oxygen concentrator is to expensive for me.
      Have you tried the yellow light with your light therapy? I recently got a unit that also had the yellow besides the red, nir and blue.
      And on me it works REALLY good.
      Yellow doesn't go as deep it goes in my skin at least, just around as deep as the hair follices.
      And it seems because my skin is fair and my hair color is dirt blond. Yellow seem to help more than the red I have been using for ever. If you look at the chromophores that Yellow Interact with you find it matches well for hair metabolism and health. At least for my type of hair and skin where there is not so much melanine blocking it.
      Of course i use the other light colors also. But for me the addition of yellow my skin and hair really like.
