Barrow some goats and weed it naturally 😊 they can get rid of everything with out chemicals. I’m not not here to get crazy about round up but goats are definitely better 🐐 and so cute 🥰
As someone who parks my car as far away from other cars in a parking lot as possible, won't drive it to places where I can't do that, I can feel your pain for what they did to your tractor.
It’s obvious you’ve put many hours of observation and planning into your property. I wish we’d had that opportunity when we built our house. We’d have brought in a lot more fill to cut down on water erosion. Great job Mitch, can’t wait to see more!
I strongly recommend rain water collecting, maybe in just a few small rain barrels or even a underground cistern. For the size of the land i recommend you 10-50 m³ (353-1756 cubic feet) of volume and also a dripping system of slow but not so much evaporating water distribution.
Totally awesome and great that the dirt was free to take care of your landscaping needs, what a beautiful piece of property. Congratulations on all of it and your hard work and determination to accomplish everything.
Mitch, this is awesome! This is the start of an amazing homestead channel if you so desire. The potential of the leftover land is huge! Get yourself some goats, pigs, cows, chickens or a combination of all four, and start your own self sufficient home! I'll get a passport and come help if you want! lol. This is the start of a great channel if you continue it! Show us the whole journey and progress of the new land! I'll be here every step of the way!
Wow this is immensely impressive!! I am so jealous can’t wait to follow along!!!! I live in the UK and love the detail geek so it’s an added bonus that you’ve got branch off channels keep it up boss 👊
It's actually incredible the forward planning you did for this channel. You were collecting footage from two years ago! Your hard drive must be full to bursting! Is anybody wondering what Mike did 😆
Wow Mitch love this channel and the work you have done its going to look amazing. Love the layout and the size of the property nothing like having your own space.
Only 58 feet. I wish😂 my granary bought land in Arizona up north. He had a well drilled. It was 740ft deep. Then he hit an aquifer. Best water I've ever drank. Still runs to this day. Can fill a 4000gal water tank in 2hrs. Good luck to you Mitch.
Yayyyy a detail geek weekend!!! Can't wait for the next video🎉...also idk why but I can't picture you being livid you just seem so cool and chill but you definitely had every reason to be in that situation!
i dont know if you know about FRENCH DRAINS but its a method of taking care of drainagre situations and if you have not heard opf them i highly recommend you check into them even if you are finished for the time being because if the drainage isnt fixed right you will have to deal with it again and again till its right.,. anyway have a great day
Mr. Mitch, truly a testament to hard work and planning and the blessings that come from it. It was interesting to see the neighbors have flooding issues on their properties well. I am guessing they have probably become used to flooding on their own land. ;-) That was pretty wild. I am looking forward to seeing your progress. Prayers for your safety, discernment, and joy with all you do! God bless! ~John
The dedication and hard work you really put into all the things you do shows that your always working! Good for you Mitch and I can’t wait to see more of the progress in the future!
Just subbed both of your channels. Hi from the UK🇬🇧. You, young man think on your toes as we say over here, always thinking of improving and the longterm plan. That is great planning! 👍👍👍👍😃
Honestly never thought I’d get so much enjoyment out of watching you build the acreage up and talking about what your plans are. Keep working hard bro, you earned it!💪🏼💪🏼
You put so much time and effort in to these videos it is very fun to watch also when you post I can’t wait to see the notification pop up on my phone thank you so
Mitch…if I were to ever undertake a project of the scope and scale you’ve taken on…I would hire you as a consultant to help walk me through the details. Your expertise and dedication to detail is unmatched on any level I’ve seen in my 65+ years! You are a role model to anyone!!!
I hope next spring all the calculations to fix your drainage works out. I imaging it is a bit frustrating to have to wait a whole year to find out for sure if it works out as planned or not.
Wow, you sure have a lot of stuff and ambition to do what you are doing, for someone who is so young. It's really impressive. Hope everything goes smoothly. I enjoy your car care videos and your now yard geek endeavors.. good luck with everything Mitch.
@@TheYardGeek so your building your new detail shop, are you going to do more than one detail per day? I guess one is all you can do with the maximum effort that you put into each one. Because they sure are amazing transformations.
@@wesleyperry2037no, this wasn't a video showing current events but what happened in the past. his new shop is already brought to good use since he sold his old place. almost all details, he doesn't complete within one day. but no, the new shop won't see more than one per week (it's a filming studio.) he typically keeps the car two to three days. detailing while filming is slower by a large margin. if you want to see how he builds his studio, there's a very in depth series showing every single step with a through explanation over on his second channel. just search for, "the detail geek 2."

@@sarawerner3955 some places, actually rent goats out for this, and they have a RUclips channel
You have the best canadian life.

Average American dreams of a pool or basketball court in their yard, average Canadian dreams of a hockey rink.

Should rethink the Roundup, it’s really not safe
Property looks great
Would you be able to do a house tour one day at all? Otherwise, awesome job thus far.
Must be nice to have that kind of money. Good for you and your success.
