This is a bit more than speculation because even the Macbook Pro M4 14 inches overheats so making the new MacBook Pro M4 once again thinner will compromise performance remember that the CPU and GPU will be more powerful so it means it will push more power so i don't believe is speculation is the story repeating once again
So, just to play devils advocate, why not get a desktop? Does apple still make desktops? At least then its much simpler to handle heating and whatnot. Have a great day brother :)
Definitely they do but content creators may need to travel and is good to have a machine that you edit videos per example on the go and the MacBook Pro m3 max allow me that :) but the MacBook Pro m4 maybe will be a problem in the near future
