I totally agree - some huge points here
      1) Validation that your physical symptoms are real
      2) doctor machines are so accurate now if their was a real problem the machines would pick it up fast and give you genuine bad news
      3) the feeling of multiple doctors say “you’re fine” yet we are not fine - we are a mess ….. but with no explanation as to why
      4) finally - going deeper on the nervous system beyond “it’s just your FFF response - yeah … not shit… but why?” …. Thank you Shaan for talking to this
I’m paying $2500 a month for therapy and coaching right now and my anxiety got so bad and the way I need to understand things in life sometimes to work through them I can tell I’ve exhausted my therapist a bit. He’s like man this guy just ain’t listening. I say it with love because he’s amazing and is leveling me up - however this detailed deeper dive is so informative and heals the parts of worry that I was having about other more deeper health issues.
Last point. Eventually hopefully who ever is reading this , you’ll get to a point where you say enough is enough and you let go and surrender. This is a big step.
Trust your body. Our bodies are so extraordinary and they want to live just as much as you do. It’s freeing the mind that is critical to move past and heal from anxiety and…. What was the lesson? Why did anxiety pay you a visit. Because god / the universe knows all and it was telling you something - did you pay attention?
For me it was at 39 years old to take my health even more seriously. Cut sugar even more and get my diet bang on and to rest more. I was a workaholic
      Bless you all 🙏🫶🤍

I first had an anxiety attack during the covid lockdown, I couldn’t visit the doctors for 6 months due to all gps being closed and hospitals only having the A&E open. For over a year i was convinced that i had something wrong with my body, so i had scans of my body and other tests carried out. The results came back and everything was fine. I was still not convinced and therefore my symptoms didn’t end up going away. However, at the start of this year (2023) I decided that maybe I am just anxious about what had happened and not accepting that might be what is stopping me from healing. I also became more religious because I realised that the idea of death scared me and God kept me at peace with that chapter of our lives. Skip forward 6 months and I haven’t had a single panic attack but sometimes I do fall into the trap of overthinking (anxious thoughts) but reminding myself in a soft but firm voice that I am okay and I dont need to fight anxiety has helped me soo much and I have become more interested in how I can live my life for the better instead of just being anxious.

None of the physical symptoms bother me, my hell is depersonalisation and derealisation. I would rather have every other symptom just for 5 minutes of relief from these 2 nightmare symptoms. Its at the point where just the idea of dp/dr can freak me out, just knowing this is a real symptom is weird to me, also I cant remember what it feels like to not have it. It is SO hard to accept and ignore dp/dr when it is happening 24/7 and its not because im obsessing over it, i could be completely distracted and even forget I even have anxiety issues and bang, the whole world suddenly looks 2D and my body feels numb and so disconnected that even the idea of having a body makes me anxious. Such a weird symptom.
Honestly the physical symptoms are so minor to me that they basically dont exist, i know they'll fade away soon. But dp/dr is on a whole different level.
Edit: essentially fully recovered from dp and anxiety disorder symptoms, in the comments I responded to someone about what it took to get rid of it... spoiler, its not some course or magical pill or book. Its literally the same things this channel and others preach, honestly stop binging these videos every day and just implement the tips in them and you'll recover. Be patient and work at it and yourself. The cure costs nothing but time and patience.

Oh my god!! I found your page just two hours ago. In the middle of an extreme anxiety attack after I smoked weed. ( I am a regular smoker and it doesnt happen much). I forced myself to google why the helll am I getting an anxiety attack after smoking weed? Then I found this guy who gave me the push to get out of the panic attack cycle which was great! But then suddenly, he pointed out something that I might have been dealing with for a long time and all the time. He was saying and predicting what I was saying… . Like he was one step ahead of me in this journey. I don’t know what’s the journey and I don’t know who to trust yet, but now that I think I am accepting the fact that yes, I have extreme anxiety and I have to correct it, I was beyond excited. And I am glad you said you read all the comments because I really felt I need to say it.

Side note though… I got rid of my dizziness in the summer. I stopped being phased by it and it went away. Recently i was having it again, really dizzy, one day I had vertigo, again not phased by it as much as possible… then I felt really drowsy and started getting really bad headaches. I had been to the dr already In January, decided since it’s been a few weeks and I was feeling worse I should maybe get checked out. Turned out I had fluid behind my ears and a sinus infection, and i was like ohhhhh makes sense now. It’s hard to separate the anxiety from actual issues. Also my dr said I’m low iron and that also causes dizziness… I have been having to take allergy medicine BUT it causes me anxiety. I’m trying to apply the same wisdom while taking the medicine but it’s hard, my arms and legs feel weak and jittery my heart races I feel super nauseous. I am not so much afraid of it… but knowing that the medicine is what’s causing it makes it hard to let it go.

Hey Bro, i'd like to answer you. In your words i can read that you pretty much pressured yourself to your recovery. you see, recovery is not a process you can controll completely manual. to pressure yourself into recovery will make recovery sooo soo much harder. I know it sounds weird but listen; Just don't do nothing about it. Just stop worrying about your symptoms. If you feel those symptoms try not to check. Just simply sort it under the anxiety umbrella. Its just anxiety even when uncomfortable. So why worrying? Live your live. Dont resist your symptoms. Enjoy things. You are NOT your symptoms nor thoughts. Just do nothing about it, let them be there as long as they need to and trust me, recovery will come on its own.

It depends on the person. A lot of people say antidepressants makes their symptoms worse, and some say they work. For me I just believe in making lifestyle changes, and doing my best to overcome anxiety with talk therapy, and positive thinking and behaviors

@@elizabethjackson3176 Thank you I agree. I need to work on negative mindset, it's become so negative with the anxiety. Plus so much fear of the 'what if's running around and around my anxious mind. Wishing you all the best for recovery. 🙏

Anti - depressents works but it would suppress the symptoms only for temporary time.

Shaan Kassam is truly amazing. I got no money to buy his course and i actually dont even think its really necessary. look, i watchted a lot of his videos and here is the sumup: 1) Get in your brain that all your horrible "threat"-symptoms are caused by anxiety, even if they come before you realize and get anxiety. 2) After you get this, DON'T FIGHT IT. I know its really really hard not to cause you think "how can i let it be there if i cant literally catch my breath?" but i tell you, just accept it in this moment. You need to get, that your thought is the ONE AND ONLY FUEL for anxiety. Just let it be there bro, learn to accept it BY DOING LITERALLY NOTHING. its the answer. and 3) It will take time. It might even take months! Your symptoms will come back eventually. They come back in this period a lot of times. anxiety will do anything to "stay persistent". It might be hard, but once you truly accepted it and got that everything is just because of over sensitized nervous system, it will become easier and easier to respond correctly to symptoms. And eventually they will decrease in intensity a lot and go away. We are all on the same path. Just break through wrong believes and just LET IT GO. Greetings form Germany ;)
