Yes it does. I believe 98 to 02 models comes with diff locks. Eliminated on 03 model becauseLand Rover in their wisdom thought the system is doing so well! Let’s take out the diff lock! The community back fire for it . And they added the diff lock on the 04 model. If you happen to own an 03 model Disco , you have the option to add diff lock kit on it for like $300 or more.
