Can honestly say I’m thankful she is again at peace, though 😢😢
My father had it but was very old when he got it and passed away shortly after. Apparently there's a genetic and an environmental component to it. Hopefully a cure will be found soon 🤞

Many people in his shoes would have committed suicide decades ago- or at the very least remove themselves from the public eye forever. MJF continued to act for decades. He continues to give interviews and to increase public knowledge of Parkinson's. Not only is MJF brave, he is extraordinarily so.

I saw a series of pictures of him falling on a news site when I woke up. I was tearing up because it looked a lot worse than this video. It's so inspiring that he chooses to walk still. What a terrible thing Parkinson's disease is.

You know, I went through a mental facility for some mental problems I had... of course... there was a woman who worked there who had parkinsons disease as well. She was a very strong woman and very kind. I stopped to ask her how she could work with a condition like this and it must be so hard for her. She told me "It is hard pretty much all the time, but helping people gives me the motivation to keep going." That simple. I was wowed by her so much and I had very much respect for her. Michael, you are a huge inspiration. It's not even the fact that you are a movie star and I absolutely loved you in Back to the Future. You keep pushing even though this is a daily constant struggle. I pray they find a cure for parkinson's disease and I pray that your strength will help others along with their parkinsons, and give them hope. :)
I really am feeling so bad. Recently I discovered Back to the future triology and watched in 2 days. I never knew Michel before but I loved him, his acting his calm and transparent expressions won me. And just watching this video after some other video where I found that he has Parkinson's desease. I took care of my beloved late grandfather until he passed who had really bad parkinsons. Michael’s ability to even walk is amazing, the mans spirit is so beautiful and may he live in peace and harmony for the rest of his time- He made my childhood happy with his great works of art, Lots of love

I really do think that Michael J knows how much those of us that grew up in the 80s utterly love him. From Alex P to Carlton Whitfield to Brantley Foster to Marty McFly to Scott Howard....his movies and shows will be with us forever. he's an icon and will forever be one. I can't help but smile when i see his old stuff. Many young people today don't understand what a giant he was in his day. His current day fight is a noble one and he has unbelievable courage and spirit. We love ya Michael J.
I am curious if he has tried CBD or other Cannabinoids to control his Parkinson's. I have seen online postings of people literally having no symptoms after smoking a bowl or taking the treatment. Wish the best for him. He's a great guy and he's fighting for his life. Blessings to him.
Sadly I Empathize.. over & over ..Multiple Sclerosis took my career away fr me as well. Now Im bitter & broke & clumbsy , 😢 I find happiness by helping less fortunate animals & spending time with my new grandson. ♥️ Thank you MJF for STILL giving me laughs 2 hrs at a time. 😊

My father had Parkinson Disease (PD) and my husband has PD. Thankful Michael J Fox supports PD research. It’s a horrible disease.
