Worked with him on a Pepsi commercial during the height of his popularity in the 80’s. Good guy… no airs, no attitude… I was always so sorry to see his progression with Parkinson’s but admired his courage to do what he could to be a spokesperson and a role model for other sufferers.
Impressive interview. Smart guy, and his head is drilled on right. Can’t have been easy, then or for all these years, but he’s still doing what he can to help others, from what I’ve seen.
My grandfather had Parkinson's which later in life was joined by Lewy Body Dementia. I've always liked how Michael has stated that the end goal of the MJF Foundation is to go out of business because they've found a cure. Also check out his cookbooks, he writes them using his wife's last name as Michael Pollan.
I’m happy to see interviews I’ve missed over the years because i missed them, or was in school or not born yet or because i wasn’t living in north America yet so not on French tv, or bits I know from growing up in the late2000s RUclips 😂💀❤ im grateful for those clips they keep uploading randomly fun and interesting and very pop culture relevant
He is a living lighthouse to those who think it’s better to hide from the rest of the world in their illness. One day I would love Parkinson’s to be also called “J. Fox” syndrome, in praise of a man, who has been facing it every single day with honesty and humbleness, and humour.

@@MythraeziaCheck again. They did have a video saying remembering Shannen not long after their video saying Remembering Richard Simmons. There's also a remembering John Mayall. They have indeed addressed this
I can’t believe Michael is almost old enough to be my Dad. He still looks like a kid in 2024.(I know this is from 1999) He is an indelible inspiration and a treasure .🩷
Back to the Future is a classic!!! and i hate that after Zemekis dies Hollywood will do a terrible, awful, horrific reboot "for modern audiences". oh the horror.....the horror....
It's nice to see someone who's actually faced REAL adversity and still keep a positive outlook on life unlike people from recent, entitled, generations.
