These tests are very subjective, I can see that the glass is half full, while you can see it as half empty, who's right and who's wrong, especially the third question, you see that the circles don't follow a pattern while I see that the first and second square do have a pattern when it comes to circles, both have a black and a white circles.
While I appreciate the time and effort you put into making these videos, these are the worst ways employers can come up with to evaluate candidates, give me a real world problem related to my job and see if I can solve it or not, not some out of this world "problems" that can be interpreted differently by different people.

For the find the missing number example problem I multiplied top and bottom rows of the same column to get the last number. e.g. 2x5 (in first column) = 10 last column, 2x4 = 8 last column. and came out with the same pattern. vs. 5x2 first column x second column.

    the 3 number column, I came to the answer B = 16. 2 + 2 = 4 + 6 = 10; 7 + 3 = 10 + 11 = 21. The difference between the first equation and the second equation is 5. 11 + 5 = 16

In problem 6 i think, where there were three columns another pattern emerged. 3 was a common number. Column one top minus bottom 3. C2 3 was already there. Missing number had to result in a 3 aswell. Thereby I chose option A=8.

What is the point. The questions were confusing & yes, frustrating. Thank you for breaking it down. But, I still don't get why these types of tests for my type of work. For the 3x3 matrix problem at 16:37, I instead noticed that there were 2 white squares in each matrix, which ruled out B, then noticed that the grey sqares alternate 2,4,2,4, which ruled out A and C. The answer presented in the video is more consistent I believe however

In the question 'find the missing value' at 13:45, the first column has two odd numbers and one even number. In the second column, there are two even numbers and one even number. In the third column, there are two even numbers so the missing number should be an odd number. In the options, there is only one odd number, 27. So my answer was C (27). Is this alternative accepted as a good answer?

Hello, I have a different way of solving the question on 17'. By counting the black boxes (upper left, upper right, bottom left, and middle) have 5 black boxes, where as mid-left, mid -right, upper-mid, and lower-mid have 3 black boxes. By following the geometrical pattern, D is the right answer... Let me know what you think

About finding a pattern in the pyramid. What about this one... On the right side 7-5=2, 14-7-5=2. 28-14-7-5=2. And then... 56-28-14-7-5=2. So the answer could also be 56, right?

10:44 i discovered that after 2 u skip *1* even number and get to 6, after 6, u skip *2* even numbers and get to 12 aftert 12, u skip *3* even numbers and get to 20 after 20, u skip *4* even numbers and get to 30 so if you skip *5* even numbers you should get to the missing number which is **42**

the one with the matrixes i got the right answr but a different way.
i noticed every single box has only 2 white squares so i eliminated the one with 3. i noticed it alternated between 5 very dark squared and 3 very dark squares so after alternating, D was the only one left.

    • @Vibez31923
