No clerks at Lowes were ever given that pre employment test but they made me take it before dinging me for the job. Happened twice. Highly discriminatory because there's no "right" answers and not everyone is forced to take it. So its used any way the manager wants, no basic criteria for passing means its not a real test. That's the problem I had with the test I took the "right" answer would get someone injured in my workplace and it was a hire within situation but the question were not relevant to the environment so I failed because my answers were actually appropriate for where I work. If employers want to use assessments the question should be relevant to the work environment even in leadership. Don't ask me about a fight because a fight in my environment you technically can't ask that reasons being its a manufacturing company, someone will get hurt and I'm Not getting in there to break it up if I can be injured too so if no, don't get involved is the wrong answer so be it.😂😂

Stop taking assessments. It is job abuse since they share your failed tests with other companies. It is discrimination. Tell all these companies that they can move you to an interview, not to an assessment. They take information from you and give you NO interview. I have never been hired after taking any assessment. Stop doing it and then this childish game ends. Stop letting them waste your time on this. If they can't value your education and experience, you should not work for them. Also, if they can't read a resume, don't work for them
