I can't help but feel a little cheated by the addition of this car though. The excitement of the series is about what you're going to find next at the auction, what surprises will we find. It feels like a cop-out to say "we bought this from Flying Wheels" when you already bought the car, and its plain to see you were going to do a video on living with an Aston Martin, which has been merged into this clip to make a video.
From a long time follower, please get back to the format - go find some cars with the money created and snowballing rather than just using the Aston because it's on the lot already. It doesn't fit with the series. You didn't have the money at the time of buying the Aston from the flipping series, so you would have missed it at the auction. You bought it for other reasons, show us what you'd buy with the money now, not what you bought with other money...!

Ok so I've put up with this too long now......you got to fix your sound. Some parts are low volume some are high. What you need is, I think, is a wireless microphone. When your outside it's low volume and when your in a car or close to the camera it's much louder. Other then that great video's and WATTA F-ING COOL CAR ! ! !

Dude, invest in a camera/ phone holder and keep your attention to driving when behind the wheel. You know it makes sense. My friend has one of these machines and he loves it. Except for the gas mileage here in Europe with $8.90 a gallon.
There are 2 OBD ports on alot of higher end cars like this that share a platform or two, because one controls the chasis (body) and the other controls the engine etc
So this is basically a video that 85% of info we already knew.. I normally don't comment but you repeat quite a bit of material. M

Would love a hat. Live nearby in Maine and would proudly support your business. I still think you shouldn’t have used the Aston as part of the 400 flip series. You bought it at a different time when you couldn’t have bought it with the flip money. If that’s the case you could use any of your vehicles bought at any time and to me isn’t the sense of the series. Still love watching and learning. Thanks for the quality videos.

Been watching since the start of your flipping 400 series and loving it. Initially you wanted to show how any one can do it, but now you have moved to selling a car bought at a dealer only action and getting your media guy to take photos and list for you don't lose focus of the original goal

Scrub brushes and squeegees on a DB9 my heart sank. Spend a few hundred at the rag company on towels and gallons of proper detailing chemicals.

Flying Wheels I feel like using the Aston Martin as the flip car breaks the spirit of the flip to Ferrari... Did you have the money at the time to buy it and chose not to use it as your flip car? Or did you buy it without having the cash from the flip and just decide to use it for another video to get out? Kind of makes a difference imo, but just my 2 cents. Keep it up
He said he bought it from Flying Wheels, not the auction. It is very common for a dealer to purchase a car dealer to dealer. I think he did this more in the spirit of giving us interesting car in this series. Honestly, he could have finished this series months ago if he just flipped a bunch of boring beaters at 5 to 10 at a time with the money he has gathered so far. After all it's his channel his challenge sit back and enjoy.

You bought 2 exotic cars for $400. The Bentley, and the Aston Martin. I guess you should consider expanding the series by buying a Rolls, a Lambo, a Maserati, and a Porsche, and obviously a Ferrari.
Basically owning the major Exotic Marques for $400 a pop.
The thing about ford parts: true. Samcrac did a video on it. Also, there are plenty of aftermarket companies who make parts for Astons. AM oil filter $127 or you can buy an aftermarket one for $12.00. Same as the clutch in his: AM: $3400 aftermarket: $1200. If you get one carbon ceramic brakes, YOYO but standard? $45.00 from parts geek.
One more thing on the Carbon Ceramic brakes. I forget which youtuber had a car ...Mclaren maybe? Had a damaged rotor. Cost to replace it was something like $8000. Instead, he sold the remaining 3 rotors for $7000, replaced them all with standard for $1500.00. You DO not need carbon ceramic brakes unless you're tracking your car. (then you void the McLaren warranty if you do).
8k for a full PPF??? Someone is high, it's like 1.5-2k max. I've wrapped a bunch of my cars. Aston should be even cheaper since it's a smaller car

I have a 2008 Mazda 6S GT hatchback with the 3.0L duratec motor :)
It also has the optional very rare 6 speed Aisin teptronic trans made by Toyota. The only part that is Mazda is the shell and interior lol.
Fuckin love that Mazda, it handles amazing, is very comfortable and luxurious (6 speaker bose system), gets decent gas, has 240 HP, and has a ton of room as it’s a hatchback despite looking like a sedan.
I also have a 2013 BMW 335i and I drive the Mazda more lol.

I love your content overall, but this whole “Aston Martin etc that only cost 400 bucks” just doesn’t sit well with me. It’s like saying the house I live in today only cost the 15 grand or whatever I paid for my first apartment 40 years ago, because you know what, I sold that and bought a series of homes throughout the years to finally be sitting in a $2,000,000 home today writing this. Flying Wheels. I’m a Auto Technician for over 30 years. I don’t get into those fancy cars. Probably the most high end car a customer brought me regularly is a 2000 Jag Vander plaus. Then he bought a 2006 XK8 convertible. There ok but don’t impress me that much

When i was a kid ,My Father Drove a 1986 IROC Z &my mother drove a 1989 Supra Turbo ,Those were our cars and me and my sister sat in the back on a daily basis ,The kids now a days dont know how good they got it with parents worrying about having all this room and 4 doors for themost part for kids...LOL,Your kids did great in the back of the astin Martin
A 2007 DB9 is pretty much Ford parts or Premier Automotive Group (Ford's high end Euro Brands) parts. Feel free to use Ford parts when you can, same part, different label. DB9 prices are all over the place, the key is the mileage and having complete service records, have low miles and a complete history and you should be okay.
Don't want to be the bearer of bad news, I just checked out cars and bids, they have a 2006 that recently sold for $39K with 18,000 miles and a 2005 with 26,000 miles that sold for $37K now one sold last march and the other last september so hopefully you can make some profit on it (after fees).

Flying Wheels, simply love the ferrari flip series. But If this were me deciding, I would skip the rest and keep the Aston. Looks better, sounds better and out performs a ferrari in some areas. And you are Right, it is 2 Ford 3 Litres engines put together. I don't know what the ford is called in US but in Europe this is 2 engines from the Ford Mondeo ST220.

The $8000 ppf option should not see a brush. I cringed when I saw you using the brush on the paint! It will mar the finish. It is essentially, unless you plan on removing it, your “paint”. Just as easy to use microfibre and they will not scratch. Your detailing skills are lacking a bit but nothing that a couple of good RUclips videos can’t fix. I’m still intrigued and subscribed but save the brushes for the wheels.

Not sure if prices are just higher for these south of the border but up here in Canada (eh) these go for $35k-$40k (in our dollars) pretty much all day long...our dollar is worth about 70-77% of yours though so I think you might have spent a bit much.

2007 Bluetooth, it was more common on cars than you think. I had a 2006 Dodge Magnum with Bluetooth. My sister had a 2004 Acura which also had it.
