Yeah there’s a gasket on the caseback, it’s already there in the groove on the caseback itself. The crown tube and crown do have gaskets also installed already.

Hello! You might know what is the width of the strap, in the connection of the case. I would like to order a case from Ali, but use it with a rubber or leather strap.

Have you experienced any issues with the bracelets on these? The clasp on mine is awful and pops open when I move my wrist.
I’ve not, there was one where the clasp was a bit loose, but this was fixed by tightening the screws on the mechanism, maybe worth checking that. The double pin design of this type sometimes pops open easily too if you wear the watch far down the wrist towards the hand too, but I’ve not really found this an issue before.
@@svkwatches Thanks for the reply. I’ve ordered a new bracelet in the hope of getting a better example. And also because one of the screws pinged off into outer space 😩
well i tried this watch case, fitted nicely, two days later, the screws for the clasp felt out, i managed to find 3 out of 4, but its useless for me now, as the clasp spring are not functioning.
i should have used locktight
I’ve not come across this issue before, but I do try to check all the bracelet screws as some of the link screws were quite loose on some of the cases I’ve used before, worth asking the seller for a replacement clasp, I’m sure they can arrange it

Any seiko automatic dial that’s the standard 28.5mm will fit, just search seiko SNK on amazon for example to see a bunch of different models
Unfortunately, the link to the items on AliExpress seem to be sold out. I will keep checking back as this is exactly what I'm trying to get into building.

One question: Are there other Seikos that would fit that 39mm case?
@@josesanchez-almonte369yes as mentioned this case fits almost any seiko dial made for an automatic movement, pretty much any seiko 5 model would work as the one shown. You’d just need one that has the crown at 3 already to make it simpler, a dial that’s 28.5mm, which is the case for the majority of Seiko’s SNK-XX models
