hey nice video, i have a question about the lenght of the bracelet. how do you resize it do you take the links out from the bottom like where the clasp is?
I like the idea of building your own watches but I was a little concerned at first about the ability to get dials with Seiko logos on them. However, I soon realized that the dial doesn't have "Japan Made" and the movement number on it plus the case back doesn't have any markings on it so anyone who knows what they're looking at would immediately know this isn't an authentic Seiko watch. I am intrigued and will probably build my own watch now but I'm think I'm going to build one with an ST36 movement and get a custom logo put on the dial.

In most cases the 28.5mm dial fits in the 40mm case. It will say in the description if it doesn't. The parts I have linked use the 28.5mm dial for both size cases :)
Ive got a question...wouldnt putting the caseback with gasket in lube transfer some lube close to or on the moment?... ive been building watches for about over a year and was always told/taught to take gasket off and lube it and reinstall - keep up the video's I'm really enjoying them!

How have you found the quality of the metal bracelets? I spent $80 on a AP nautalis case and bracelet, Case feels and looks great bracelet feels some what jagged. Do you find the same thing on the other ones?
Same thing to be honest. Quality is pretty good overall but you can get some jagged edges for sure, especially on the clasp, but nothing a little file couldn't take care of.
