Ok so see that the ram is not running at 2666MHz. Also, the apu max is 35w not what you have 25w. There is a lot of cap your pc have. Need to change it in bios/ ryzen master/utility to you the maximum potential what this pc have But i like the video, keep it coming;😊
I would like to try that on my old laptop with an intel Pentium N4200, i not sure it's worth it tho. Maybe you could also try Tiny11 on some older and lower end systems/laptops. Just to see on wich Windows Version is the overall user experience better. Nice vids see you at 1 Mil subs
these things are dope I have one with a 1650 super and some ssd, i paid 80 for the computer and 80 for the gpu plus 20 for ssd and some odd ends and around 200$ and it’s a beast, It runs xenia. I was getting 60fps in diablo 4 on Med setting and well over 100 in csgo
That "drop in power/TDP" has been happening to me too with the latest Universal Tuning Utility while I was testing Resident Evil 2 Remake. The game would run fine using the performance preset at 22-28 w TDP and then every now and then it drops to 6 w TDP and causes the game to lag really badly. It's good to know that I'm not the only one experiencing that. I hope that can eventually be fixed some day. I tested using Windows 11 Home (Not Tiny11).
It's happening to everyone cause the actual VRMs cannot handle that much power delivery to the chip they will throttle once in a while hence 6 watts of power
if this helps both are okay one consumes less energy and stays cold more time while the other it's more powerful but if you don't have any problems with that it's better the 2400G
I've had the same issue, but mine came preinstalled with windows 11 pro. I have the 705 G5 with a 3400g. I replaced the thermal paste and cleaned it all out, but even watching videos causes it to jump over 80 degrees Celsius. Did you ever happen to figure out why yours got so hot?
@christopherwichgers3093 Maybe you need the vented top lid, I just did a case swap with better vents, not specific for this model but it worked just had to make some modifications to the case.
@@dailylife8901 I do actually have the vented top lid with the screen. I tested dead by daylight last night on the lowest possible settings and was able to maintain 30fps but it reached temperatures of 95 degrees Celsius in the one round I played. I didn't notice any thermal throttling but I didn't want the cpu to melt
@christopherwichgers3093 bro, 95 is actually too high I think, you've gotta put a fan facing right into it if you play on gaming for longer periods of time.
@@dailylife8901 Yeah that's why I only played the 1 round. I just have no idea why the Temps are so high regardless if I'm watching shows or playing games. I can't think of anything else I can do to get the Temps down. The fans seem to run fine (CPU and hard drive bay (which currently has a Crucial MX500 SATA SSD))

Can you do this same comparison on 5500u also can you see tiny10 on this chip

So these little pieces are great for retro emulation up to about PS3 you need to add some power in but I've had relatively good luck with it

you have the 65 or 90w power adapter ?
Hi, I notice yours is Ryzen 5 Pro series. Is it possible to use a non-pro CPU, eg. Ryzen 2200G, in this PC?
Is this the 2400g or 2400ge? One uses almost 65watts, the other 35W
TDP doesn't mean it uses 65W -
TDP is the maximum thermal *design* temperature. So a higher TDP processor is actually more capable.
if this helps both are okay
one consumes less energy and stays cold more time
while the other it's more powerful but if you don't have any problems with that it's better the 2400G
wonder if it will run a 4600g cpu
Does the display port support hdmi?
What about HoloOS?
Can u add egpu to hp 705 g4
Does your unit gets very hot all across the case with mild usage?

Hardware doesn't get optimised for an OS, it's the other way around. Always.
so i got a ryzan 3400g and a 4600g and non of them cpu work in this system someone needs to make a bios update for this thats hp dont have
Hello,
I can't find HP EliteDesk 705 G4 Mini with 3400g or 4600g.
Where do you get it?
U can update in HP site but noting work I tink
Does it supports tpm 2?
Could you upgrade the CPU to a Ryzen 5 3400G?
No the bios was never updated to support later gens
@@EVOTech1 I guess that would be bad business for HP lol.
