If you’re making less than $100,000 a year, you’ll be homeless in San Ramon or any of the Bay Area for that matter unless you’re sharing a small home or apartment with 2-3 other people for rent.
@@user-us4pf2li7n I pay that much a month for my 3/2 home in Alaska with 1,600 square feet. BUT, you get what you pay for location-wise. Mighty nice town, but don’t understand why the almost as nice Vallejo is half the price.
I’ve lived there all my life and it is extremely unaffordable to most. Your household has to bring in well over $150k per year. I was blessed to have such a family but this is a highly privileged city.
Lawbringer $150,000 a year? Pfft! Me and my wife bring in almost that much and live in a $250,000 condo in Alaska. You won’t get a decent single family home in San Ramon or any of the Bay Area for less than a million. My brother in law lives in a run-down fixer upper in San Diego he bought for $600,000. But we also take at least two vacations a year in California or Texas and a lot of flying!
This area is awesome !!! We all look out for each other and friendly... I dont worry about leaving my front door open 24/7 here or not ;) 2nd amendment at work = Peace ;) And we DON'T HAVE ILLEGALS !!!
Bullshit, illegals built & continue to build San Ramon, who are you trying to kid? I don't see white people doing landscaping around there & 95% of the service calls are middle eastern people who live multi generations in one home.
@@beentheredonethat7572 I remember getting an Ice Cream at a coldstone in the Market Place and watching ICE agents raid a mexican joint that turned out to be staffed entirely with illegal migrants. Just me, little Ryan, eating Ice cream after a soccer game.. then seeing dozens of ICE agents show up and scores workers getting arrested. Whats funny is i ate there one and the food was bad and people complained about food poisoning and it turned out the place was entirely owned and operated by illegal immigrants. This happened back in 2010 i think, back when Obama was in Office. Now i believe a steak/bar place called the firehouse is set up shop there. lol i grew up there from 2001-2016 btw.
You’re probably bringing in at least $500,000 a year in household income. There’s no way you can live there in a nice home and two running cars if you don’t.

Keep the homeless, drugs, MS13, ANTIFA, out and all will be well.

Lawbringer this is true , but that’s the price you have to pay for such a posh city , it’s like saying Beverly Hills should have affordable housing

unless you don't count all the child molestors and sexual predators
And they said it couldn’t happen. I’ll bet they have laws too.

Illegals will never have enough money to live in San Ramon lol. Doing landscaping for it is another thing but they will never actually live here.

i live in san ramon
ahah i live there totally
I love San Ramon, California because I have family there. It's an awesome place.
4 years later? Not so much. Increase in crime here, there, and everywhere. San Ramon has not been untouched.😢
no such thing as safest city in california or USA!!!!!!
I LIVE THERE!!
Tech companies should come here instead of SF/Peninsula. Who would want to raise a family in SF, and the Peninsula is too expensive.

Year before this Danville, next to San Ramon.
We need affordable housing in San Ramon.
More affordable housing would likely reduce its safety rating
There is affordable housing
@@caleblee2011 like what, a 1 bedroom 500 square foot apartment for $500,000? Housing prices are ridiculous in most of Ca.
