Hey may I ask what the deposit and the rent is because I’m coming after summer holidays and I’m hoping to find a place with a separate bedroom and most of them are so over priced in Seoul 😭

normally a normal deposit is 10k-20k then anywhere from 500-1k a month especially for the size of a place like that and a new build. You also have to pay a separate fee per month that is 100-300 for basic utilities.
