Tuchel is a very meticulous coach and wants to know everything about the opponent, which makes him to an absolute mastermind of tactics. He also wants his players to be focused on the task and if he loves some players (like Dembele for example) they will make a difference and step up in the perfect moment to carry a team. Don’t let the Bayern Munich incident distract you from his real personality. Bayern Munich is a toxic environment. I think he can handle the noise in England due to the Bayern part of his career. Also he will have more time to focus and work in the background. I‘m sure this will be a huge upgrade compared to Southgate-Football. Cheers :)

Have to say I was sceptical of the headlines at first. But Tuchel seems like a real decent bloke and I think his style of football will compliment this group of talented players. Won't be easy for him but I'm looking forward to it. Wish him all the best.
