One of the most gorgeous apartments I’ve seen on these room tours. Too bad it isn’t closer to Seoul. It’s so clean and clutter free. A woman’s apartment tends to overflow with furniture and stuff, but this guy has just what he needs. Wish I could be a natural minimalist without trying so hard. Can’t believe that’s what I pay with the same deposit but mine is a loft so it’s a lot smaller. Probably just the size of his upstairs. Guess the trade off is my loft is less than an hour by bus to Jamsil so I still feel like I’m living in the outskirts of Seoul.
WOW ,i love it,when i read 2 STORY KOREAN APARTMENT,i thought it was one of those narrow long spaces that can only fit a bed upstairs which I realy hate but hell no,this was perfect 2 story apartment
It would be a perfect apartment if it included a half bath (sink/toilet) downstairs. Instead of having to go upstairs just to use the bathroom. The space behind the floor plant would have been a perfect spot for a half bath, and use the space between the pantry and the washer/dryer and put a storage closet there.
Half bathrooms are not really common outside of the US and Canada. I know in the UK, the bathroom is usually on the first OR second floor, but never both. It's just not common in most countries.
Hi! I want to come live there for awhile need to no how to make the transition ! Is there any way u can assist me! Just need a change of scenery! If so can u reach out to me
@@klickinklyde Seoul apartments are so expensive, 500$ seemed way too low for a Seoul apartment. Makes sense now. Btw why are people not so interested in living in Busan, away from the hustle and bustle of Seoul? Busan seems like a beautiful region.
@@lifesgood2244 @Alexandra I think you're right! It may be because people chase the Entertainment life in/near Seoul. Possibly English-Speakers too. Influencers/Models mostly want that. Even I feel worried there's not as much work in Busan (but I can't be sure as I'm overseas). And it might be possible they're doing a Jeonse loan? Which could explain why it's so low! (possibly). Or, it's just generally cheaper outside of Seoul. $500-$800 PCM in Seoul generally gets an officetel / loft-type of an apartment.
@@klickinklyde There is always going to be a compromise. In this case, it's space vs. location. Do you want to live in a tiny shithole but be in the middle of everything or do you want a larger space and not be in a desirable location? You absolutely cannot have a large space in the middle of Seoul for a low amount of money. Unless you like kill a rich orphan girl who never goes out and took over her identity, lol.
This is one of the best apartments I've seen in Korea. I love it!
Thanks! I was really happy with it
@@hojusoju8247 can you help find one like this

@@hojusoju8247 is this price is only for 1 month?
@@ashikaashika8962 that deposit is a once-off payment that is refunded at the end of the lease. Monthly this apt is around $500 USD.
