- Take a look at my free apartment in beautiful rural Gyeongsangnam, South Korea!
This apartment is provided to me for free through English Program In Korea (EPIK). Whilst most apartments in Korea are fairly similar, mine is much bigger than the standard EPIK apartment (at least, it's the largest I've seen). I've lived here for the past year so I've really been able to experience changing beauty of this region. I hope you enjoy the tour!

wow....nice apartment for a teacher. in america teachers don't make alot of money i don't think. and im not a teacher but alot of family memebers are and i worked in the nursing field and i live in an apartment probably smaller than the one i just saw and only one bedroom!
Monthly rent in Korea is very affordable, however the deposits can be extremely expensive unfortunately.
PLS DO NOT DELETE THIS VIDD CAUSE ME AND MY FRIEND MAYBE PLANNING TO STUDY IN KOREA and of course we need this typical cute house to show to the estate or smthing hahahahahah

Some videos show the use of a piece of tempered glass to make like a wall in bathrooms of your type, to minimize the water in the room from showering. Perhaps that is something your school could arrange? Otherwise, you are lucky that you have the space you do. Folks in North America can't appreciate that in Europe as well as Asia, homes/apartments are not as spacious.
That's a great idea! I've seen some people set up shower curtains too. I'm very grateful for the space I've got...anything more than this and it would just be wasted space.

As part of my contract, my school provides the apartment to me for free. But they get an allowance of around 400,000KRW to go towards paying for the apartment.
How rural are you? What is your town/city name within gyeongsans province?
is it wooden floor? or vinyl floor?
It's a vinyl floor. From my experience it is rare to find real wooden floors in small apartments here :)
What is the college that you are studying in??? I wanna join😭
