Hey babe. Thanks for watching ❤ Sometimes when you move from the apartment that your school got for you in the first place, sometimes you have to pay a deposit out of pocket. I don’t really know how it happithat some people have to pay it and some don’t. I used a realtor because the owners of the building put up the realtor’s numbers as opposed to theirs. So in the beginning I never really had direct contact with them. But after that one time payment, I now only deal with the landlord directly. ❤
