HOLY CRAP!!!! I'm in Texas. If we had winters like that, snow everywhere, I would definitely want a pizza oven just like yours. That pizza makes the winter almost okay. Looks amazing. No audio makes you focus on the pizza even more

Nice oven. Pro tip from my side. Set the fire in the middle on the spot where the pizza is gonna sit. It will make the tiles extra hot.
Once ready to place your pizza, bring the fire to the back, clean the tiles with the wet cloth and drop your pizza on that spot. Your pizza bottom will cook better, equally to the top, so you won’t have to burn your pizza top.

@@CookwithSultanyes putting the fire in the middle will definitely help cook the bottom a little more. I have a pizza oven for my pellet grill. I set temp to 305 the stone easily gets to 550 degrees and make awesome pizza. I live in a fire prone area in California so I don’t ever have open fires otherwise id love to build a barrel pizza oven like yours. Awesome video.

All i use is> 18" metal pizza pans. My Weber Kettle, I just take the grate and turn it over cause of the handles,. and to do a lot of pizzas at once is My offset smoker.. They both will season your pizza pans, and they will last for EVER!

The metal pizza pans works better than a pizza stone. It cook the bottom and top at the same time. For a perfect smoke pizza/ That make it taste better, than any store take out pizza > The plus is? I can smoke and cook a X Large turkey or any kinds of meat as well on them both

@@CookwithSultan I agree with you. Outdoors on a grill or oven is the best tasting smoke pizza. Yum You can't go wrong with the metal pizza pans. Can use them out or in doors grills and ovens. Can use them as a serving pans. Cut up meat in them ect ect Cheers
