Grazie
Master indeed... the idea is ingenious, brilliant simplicity, and gets the job done, as equal to, if not better than the traditional kiosks ovens.
thank you my friend
probobly wont ever make it to 800 degrees tho
@@timgoodliffe why would you think that ?
@@timgoodliffe at 20:28 you can actually see the lower side of the patissery, and the heat is balanced across it evenly. even heat distribution thats a key, and i believe that if its well fed with wood, it can reach 800 degrees if not more.
Great work. loved it 👍
thanks
Loved it and the young lady who helped with the outer layer.
me too

ship me one to Australia! great build!
hahah glad you like it, try to build a similar one, its fun
molto bene.

not ideal for Pizza, as it has no top heat. (you need 450C top heat and around 300ish bottom heat)
but good for baking, making pork (as it is huge inside)
but AWESOME JOB!!!! FANTASTIC built
thank you for your comment =)
Si wonderful
Congratulations
many thanks

Glad you like it!
Piekna kobietka 😍
I agree
Very nice though the bricks in the fire-box might have to be replaced with refractory bricks or mortar later on. Very impressive design and build.

Hello there, absolutely great project guys! Awesome idea... Can I just ask you pls, what's exactly that top/final layer? Is it a clay? If yes, what kind? Thank You.
it is heatproof cement :)

tip put a shelf or two in
yeah we did, you can see it in the final look = )
Really good job. Literally the ONLY thing I can build is blood pressure.
😂😂
its okay brother, I hope you enjoy watching other people build things xD
This looks great. What is the maximum temperature that you were able to take this up to?
over 300 degrees Celsius, but the bigger the fire for longer periods it could always reach higher
Amazing work... The only thing i might do differently, would be to fill with sand or broken tiles, or glass, the lower part of the oven, so that it would maintain the heat and distribute it more evenly.. But, in all, great idea and execution of idea..
thank youu
We are making something similar, and would like to know if perlite/cement mix would be ok to use, and if so what recipe would you recommend.
in our case, we mixed some normal cement with high heat fire cement, and it turned out fine after 1 year of continuous usage (very minor cracks appeared later)
in Lebanese = abou 7adid 😎
buena idea
Was that Lahmacun you cooked? My wife was Armenian. I worked in the kitchen of a restaurant for 3 twelve hour shifts for free in exchange for teaching me how they made their Lahmacuns. I feel bad I only made them a few times before my wife died and only once since that was to teach our daughter how to make them
Im sorry for your loss 🙏🏻
In Lebanon, we call it "Lahm b'ajin" which basically translates to "meat in the dough." It originates in the middle east mainly Lebanon, Syria, Turkey, Armenia...
here we used some normal cement mixed with refractory cement (special kind, heat resistant) use refractory cement or refractory mortar
thanks
Chimney must be at front of build as heat circulates smoke rises as it curves to colder air at front. Otherwise your loosing heat in oven up pipe
Lebanon?

Nice build, but fire must be inside the oven not beneath
thanks mate
15:04 Now that is hot 🤣🤣
I agree
damier
All idea for this to have smoggy taste to food you cook but with that stove you can not have that. This just a good wood burning cooking stove
thank you
The tank looks galvanized. If it is, it can put off a toxic zinc fumes.
its not, its water residue ( limestone, calcium...)
Great Build!
I don't understand why you left him an inner tube; It must have been filled with mud or glass.
where does the smoke go ? what do you mean....
Give me one solid argument why this is "the best pizza oven". The purpose of having fire IN a pizza oven is that the heat of flames will bake the topping very fast.
some people don't like the fire inside, we tried it then we worked on this alternative. We thought its best by being multipurpose and its working really well for us.
@@TheExpertAmateur great answer :D
Faster isn't always better... I'd prefer this to sitting my pizza on dirty bricks or shoving it into a pile of ashes like I watch many others do... I don't like my food covered in filth, personally...
I like every part of this build but that inside tank is GALVANIZED steel very dangerous fumes. I seen the yellow residue when you were welding the flat inside steel to it.
The yellow resisue is water leftovers like calcium and limestone...it went away later as soon as it got hot
@@TheExpertAmateur Ok thxs for reply.
Very nice job and work, but not for pizza ,i am sorry , this is not good because you lose all the heat that should go to cook the pizza above, in fact you can see how it is cooked good only below....it is as if the oven were weakened .. maybe you should have left some contact holes between the two chambers
I appreciate your comment thank you!
Inner barrow is zinc?????? Poised blood????
i hope you burnt all that zinc paint off first. sorry mate but i wouldn,t eat anything out of that
that's just water residue, or "lime buildup" from our hard water
He got his 10,000 hrs in 20 yrs ago
Who needs gloves!?
