    I used to dread Monday's, it was the day my husband went back to work after a fun weekend, I had nothing to look fwd to and with 3 babies at home it was a constant reset day! Now, I think Monday's have become my fav day, I wake up well rested after a rest day, ready and rearing to go for the full week! Working out does that! CRAZINESS!!!

    I have been doing your workouts consistently for almost 3 years and the change in my body is amazing but the change in my mind and how I view myself is worth every second of hard work! Thanks a million and I LOVE all the abdominal work!!!💞

    I’m so proud of myself! I always do my push ups on my knees b/c I feel the connection with my abs better but today I did the last set of push ups on my toes and I got 5 in!!! They may not have been the prettiest but I did it!! Woohoo!

    When I started this program I could barely do a sit up. Week 3 and I did a weighted sit up!!! I crushed it!!!!

    Couldn't work out why I was finding the last set so hard but hadn't realised it had switched to 45sec sets 😂 Love the idea of "just moving" on days were you're not feeling it as just turning up means you usually give it way more than you think you've got. These work outs have become such a routine for me and feeling so content and motivated in my physical and mental health. Thank you Sydney!

    Sydney's Daily Wisdom (42:24): "Consistency is always your first priority. Second, intensity." We have laid the foundation for showing up every day and putting in the effort.     I didn’t get to work out last week since I started school, but I’m ready to keep this going!! This is something I’m not gonna quit. I have a specific goal for this year in relationship to my health and I’m gonna do whatever it takes to achieve it 💪🏼 I’m gonna have to move around workout days to fit my schedule but I’m not gonna quit! 45:00

    I've worked out with you for a year consistently... Never have been to a gym bc... Well people. I went with my friend to a circuit style gym for the first time ever.     I had technical problems in the middle of this video and after sorting everything out I *ALMOST* didn't finish it....but in my head I kept hearing Sydney saying "stop and breath, don't stop and leave" and I jumped back in and finished it!

    I started the year planning to be more consistent and that only lasted the first month. I'm back to being a weekend warrior because my job is so demanding. I'm starting to hate my job and dislike myself so I need to do something different. I want to be able to show up to these workouts with my best self. I believe I deserve that.
