I used to dread Monday's, it was the day my husband went back to work after a fun weekend, I had nothing to look fwd to and with 3 babies at home it was a constant reset day! Now, I think Monday's have become my fav day, I wake up well rested after a rest day, ready and rearing to go for the full week! Working out does that! CRAZINESS!!!

Couldn't work out why I was finding the last set so hard but hadn't realised it had switched to 45sec sets 😂 Love the idea of "just moving" on days were you're not feeling it as just turning up means you usually give it way more than you think you've got. These work outs have become such a routine for me and feeling so content and motivated in my physical and mental health. Thank you Sydney!

I’m so proud of myself! I always do my push ups on my knees b/c I feel the connection with my abs better but today I did the last set of push ups on my toes and I got 5 in!!! They may not have been the prettiest but I did it!! Woohoo!
I've worked out with you for a year consistently... Never have been to a gym bc... Well people. I went with my friend to a circuit style gym for the first time ever. The trainer said I have perfect form! PERFECT! I crushed it! Every round every rep! I could not believe what I was doing. Sydney, I couldn't do it without you! Sydney squad for LIFE!

Today is my first day back in a few weeks. My dad passed away, and I’m taking pretty hard. Feeling good and ready to get back to working out and eating right consistently.
Have to share my win today. I had ACL surgery 14 years ago and so my flexibility in that knee has not been good since then. I can never grab my foot for standing quad stretch in that side and usually have to put it on a windowsill in order to grab it. Today I kicked back and grabbed it!!! Such a little thing but it absolutely made my day!!!

After going to the Buffalo Bills game yesterday where healthy choices aren't made, I went to bed wondering how I was going to workout this morning. I did it and loved the style today!
I started the year planning to be more consistent and that only lasted the first month. I'm back to being a weekend warrior because my job is so demanding. I'm starting to hate my job and dislike myself so I need to do something different. I want to be able to show up to these workouts with my best self. I believe I deserve that.
My word this year has been consistency. This workout today reminded me how powerful it is to stay consistent. Thank you Sydney for what you do everyday. I look forward to seeing you tomorrow!

I had technical problems in the middle of this video and after sorting everything out I *ALMOST* didn't finish it....but in my head I kept hearing Sydney saying "stop and breath, don't stop and leave" and I jumped back in and finished it!
Last month I was so proud to be able to do a sit up with my arms crossed over my chest and today I was able to do that sit up holding a 12 pound dumbbell at my chest tightly!!!!! So proud to see the progress! I wouldn’t have seen it if I didn’t show up today!!!
You pegged me with that speech at the end. Came in with resentment and anger and was mad at myself bc I was struggling throughout the workout and let myself get distracted. I finally made a do not disturb alert on my phone bc I know I am in control of what I allow to interrupt me. All that frustration I had could’ve been avoided if I had done that prior to the workout. So I learned a lesson today. Thanks for your consistency.
Yes yes yes!!! Strength and conditioning baby. Loved this. I surprised myself by doing every single push up on my toes. I can tell my core is getting stronger with all the core work we’ve been doing. Happy to see it paying off. Thank you Sydney, you are the best!!!

That was challenging because I pushed myself and I didn't quit. Was it my fave? Mayyybe not, but that always means I'm challenging my body and my mind in new ways, and I know THAT is where the strength comes from. That is when the changes happen.
