Hello Steve. I am currently driving this truck. Rob sold it to us and I absolutely love this truck. She is a left lane superstar! Tho we have made a few minor changes and are upgrading to our taste. Your work is still shining through. Bathed once a week and pulling a step deck. Thanks for your hard work. I appreciate you and Rob’s vision.
Ya know Steve, I got to tell you , you show the nicest trucks. This stuff is just class upon class. I retire after 25 years of law enforcement in one year. So I was in trucking for about 14 years as an owner operator before this career. Once I retire I believe I am going back into it. I will be in touch
I love it☺️ amazing truck. Thank you for the awesome description as always. Love the two horns that is for sure a attention grabber. And also having 150 gallon tanks on both sides is awesome
Well I know where my truck will be coming from. Man the numbers these things pump out when you “hide the def tank”. Idk about anyone els but when I hid the def tank on mine I get almost a full extra gallon per mile. Then again, depends who’s foot is on the pedal. Professional work sir.
Love your videos man hopefully one day I can make my own truck once I get my cdl and grind for my dream truck just have 1 more year too go already know how to change gears and drive good around Cali traffic and tight spots just getting experience for my stretched out Pete lol but until then I hope the trucking industry gets better and soon me and my pops will be making business with you
@heavyduty187 maybe stainless steel, def is basically similar to urea nitrate sprayed as fertilizer and I know that stuff is corrosive af to certain kinds of metal, though there are sprayers with stainless tanks
Hey bro when is windy outside like that. You can use a parrot 350 recorded the audio separate. Then merge it when you’re editing the video. Just got to have the form on the mic.
Does anyone know of a way to view all of the options available when ordering one of these trucks? I know I can have a salesman help me but am wondering if there's a way to look at the different ways to set them up online, at home. Thanks.
Even though I'm a Freightshaker guy...that's a good looking tractor! I love the old school paint jobs like this Seminole style. This is a Pete that I'd consider trading my Classic in on!
I have 2 questions.... 1, is there any advantage to an 18 sp, versus a 13 sp, other than being able to split the low end? 2. The 565 hp, versus 605 hp... how does the difference affect fuel mileage, or does it? Is there any reason I couldnt, or shouldn't have 605hp with a 13 behind it?
really depends on how heavy you are, at 114k pounds i'd split the last gear on the low side, at 156k you'd want to start splitting even earlier. Some 18 speeds are rated at a higher GCWR and or engine torque I believe. Maybe resale would be higher?
I saw a video where you said you were fixing to release the video of you doing a build with a customer. Is this something you haven’t got to yet or have I not found it?
Oh man that’s terrible. Hopefully you can get it in the future. I think a majority of us would love to see it because it’s kind of just something you hear about unless you try it. I appreciate the videos you do make though. It at least gives me something to wish for in the future. Lol
Beautiful truck. Def tank to the rear is genius. With matching tanks. New a guy in the Carolinas Had a wet kit tank shaped like a Pete battery box. Been thinking that would be cool for the def tank. So how would you hide the def tank?

Hey Steve, I really like how you have the lights on for the video. It gives us a better idea of how they look driving down the road.
Thank you Elan
How much heavier do they come when they have the double frame for the wheelbase? Does it raise it a bunch or is it minimal
American trucks are the coolest looking trucks in the world. A statement made by an European guy.
Sleeper looks so cozy 🔥
Thank you friend
Another great job, beautiful truck. Keep up the good work

another home run Steve.Nice job
This ride as a glider 🤤! Love it!
Love the old style paint jobs
Awesome video and great looking truck
Thanks!
drop valve for the front. Awesome.
Gorgeous rig. I love that steering wheel.
Why doesn't anyone make a def tank that doubles as a cat walk for behind the cab?
If I had time to fab one up I would....
@heavyduty187 idk man might not be a great idea for a plastic tank
@heavyduty187 maybe stainless steel, def is basically similar to urea nitrate sprayed as fertilizer and I know that stuff is corrosive af to certain kinds of metal, though there are sprayers with stainless tanks

How much extra is that paint job on a Day cab? With red frame also.

It comes from the factory that way, they all do
hello. if that is factory, thats not good?

Nothing online, a good salesman should be able to properly talk you through all of the options, call me if you are having problems or want pricing.
Thanks for the reply Steve.

1. no advantage other than that
2. wont affect it at all and either combination would be just fine
