- Hyia Guys after a problem fox again in this one with the Thermtec Ares 660 scope on my Sako 75 6ppc with a few rats with the Hikmicro Alpex on my Daystate Redwolf .25 FAC.
The farmer calls Simon, Simon shows up and sets up, that ole fox didn’t stand a chance!! Well done Simon, always great to see ya and the country side as we follow you to your hunts! Have a great weekend!

I always have massive respect for great marksmanship which is why I always enjoy your vids so much! I only shoot air rifles and would love to get a FAC to be able to buy an S510 Air Arms Ultimate Sporter XS but it seems first time FAC's are very difficult to get now. Those .25 pellets really thud from your Redwolf! I’ve been playing around with .25 slugs in my Hatsan springer and I’m amazed at the energy they carry even at sub 12 .

Love the FAC ratting as it just poleaxes them with nary a twitch from impact. Great to see that problem fox very humanely despatched. Hope to see more thermal fox control with your 6mmPPC

Great footage and shooting Simon, that fox was dead before it’s belly touched the ground, those rounds hit hard with a thump buddy. And some of those rats have obviously been eating well throughout the summer, more like beavers some of them, but that 25 sorted them out. Hope your right hand man is ok?

To be honest David i believe it was that fox doing the damage as where it stayed was were it stank of fox but ye there will be others about so when ever the farmer rings me again i will go back..

Ye i do pal i use a 58 Vmax doing 3500 ftps and that 6ppc on the day shoots under half inch at 100 yards with them.
Been loading my own for about a year now less expensive and knowing you've made the round yourself nice stuff pal 💥👍
Great film Simon, you are allowed too use lead in the bullets for CF, we can´t in Denmark all CF need too bee lead free, i think it is a big problem when you are out foxing. You need a more solid background, and a lot of the warmint calibers don´t shoot very well with lead free amo. What pellets are you using. Looking forward to the next one, best regards
Ye that must be bad news Steffen having to use lead free amo, do you get good accuracy with it as i am on the fence about it, also like you say you will need a good back ground as i do believe that bullet will ricochet for fun.
Steffen the only lead free i would use is the barnes sst, barnes bullets have been veey wwll established for many years, best wishes feom the uk
