Unless he says it later in the episode, but the UK anime guy is Jonathan Clements, he shows up to I guess host, a bit of pre-amble before a movie and a bit of cultural context and behind the scenes during Scotland Loves anime, writes a lot of books, does translation, great guy, only seen him from 20 ft away from me at the GFT.
