Prayer request- ive been struggling lately with anxiety and feeling like peace is so far away. I find myself stressing out over silly stuff lately. Trying to prioritize my health and prayer, but If anyone would be willing to pray for me I would really appreciate it!!

Hi Cambria! The one thing that I have tried to incorporate in my day is walking at least 10,000 steps. I have been doing this for years! It gives me a sense of accomplishment and has helped me keep menopausal weight off! God Bless you ! I ❤️U !
Oh my gosh Cambria! My daughter has PCOS and she had surgery at 16!! They removed part of her left ovary and she now has been taking Metformin and birth control. She has struggled with this and it literally broke my heart because they were not sure if they would be able to save her ovaries. I can't wait to hear what you share on this!
Oh so young😮? I have pocs... i have 2 boys 3 pregnancies..1st one tru insemination, second too but miscarried and a 2boys naturally not even thinking it would be possible..
1 thing I do every day is walking my dog first thing then I have my coffee with collagen, Ezekiel bread (flourless) with avocado and everything seasoning and two soft boiled eggs. After that I have colostrum. Lunch is either a salad with tuna or a bowl of yogurt with berries and bee pollen. I drink lemon water with Celtic sea salt or the raspberry LMMT. Dinner usually protein with veggies. I do try to get 10000 steps. I’m also now taking propolis. And trying to work out more. I use Cambrias book growing strong. ❤ I had a miscarriage last year and want to heal. Cambria you are helping me so so much. Thank you so much. I’m going to try the matcha, even though it’s not my favorite lol

Cambria, I recently found your channel and I feel like I’ve learned SO MUCH. I am familiar with a lot of the info you share through working with a holistic doctor but you explain how it all connects so well and practical suggestions on how to get the different nutrients and vitamins in your body. I recently got a clinical diagnosis for endometriosis after struggling for years with my cycles and I am working to implement more changes into my diet and lifestyle to manage symptoms since supplements just haven’t done the trick. My biggest health habit right now is sunlight in the morning… the benefits are night and day, literally! Mood, energy, sleep, stress, all improved.

Wow, it’s been a wild year for me. I feel like I’ve experienced some major healing just in the last several weeks. I changed one thing in my health routine and I was totally shocked at how it seemed to be affecting me as an individual. I think it’s still a great thing for many, and perhaps it was a fluke, but I stopped doing castor oil packs. I’d done them religiously for the past 2 years. After of all things reading in the comment section of someone’s post on Instagram I decided to stop them temporarily. I’m going to start them up again soon just to be sure, but what I thought was systemic Candida may have just been my body reacting to the castor oil. Ive recently been more adamant about my 10,000 steps again too (I replaced my pedometer since I lost it a while back). I also just started back strength training. All has felt so good. May the Lord Yeshua continue to bless and prosper you, Cambria.

I have been so tired of painful periods and my gyno gave me a low tier IUD which did take care of my painful periods. I’m just so tired all the time still. Aloha Cambria. One thing that you always recommended and was advised by Kale Diagnostics as well was eating at least 100g of protein/daily! My severe joint pain and body aches significantly decreased to mild in about 24 hours!!! No joke. Praising God!!! I also have extreme fatigue. When waking up, I feel very sleepy throughout the day. Caffeine does not help much and I am exhausted by end of the work day. I am going to implement the bee pollen everyday starting NOW! Is bee pollen sufficient enough to see decrease in fatigue? Hey girl!! I love all your content but I have a big question!! I've been taking the beekeepers bee pollen and using propolis so often, yay🎉!! But I was told I have an MTHFR mutation and need methylated bvitamins! Will my body still break down the bee pollen and be able to use it? ❤
Aloha Cambria. One thing that you always recommended and was advised by Kale Diagnostics as well was eating at least 100g of protein/daily! My severe joint pain and body aches significantly decreased to mild in about 24 hours!!! No joke. Praising God!!! I also have extreme fatigue. When waking up, I feel very sleepy throughout the day. Caffeine does not help much and I am exhausted by end of the work day. I am going to implement the bee pollen everyday starting NOW! Is bee pollen sufficient enough to see decrease in fatigue? @@tinavatsvog308 i like them. but difficult to tell as its a process. ill update this community after 4 more months? but i did see drastic difference when they (and Cambria) suggested eating at least 100g of protein daily! woohoo! but it is a huge investment, but arent we worth it??? rather than spend so much money on medications and other doctors appointments etc, i rather spend money on getting to the root cause. Hope your gut gets better soon.
I would love to use bee pollen for B vitamins but unfortunately when I tried I had an allergic reaction. Any recommendations for the “next best” source of B vitamins? Or do you think trying to get local bee pollen would make a difference? I so appreciate your videos🤍

I’m loving your content through my journey of TTC. I just wanted to see what your opinion is if I have changed my diet and haven’t seen too much improvement, but I am mid-cycle spotting constantly (weeks at a time) should I investigate further to see if it’s polyps/fibroids?? The doctors I’ve seen so far haven’t suggested testing for either one and won’t help me I just don’t know where to go 😢
