    I love that you brought the baby in. So many you tubers apologize for “things” going on in their home. We know you are videoing from home. I love seeing those dogs babies husbands , noises etc. it’s what sets you tube apart from Tv. Makes it real and approachable.

    Thank you for this! My oldest daughter is entering high school later this year and she signed up for food and nutrition class! So excited for her to learn how food benefits her and how sometimes, certain foods don't. 😁😁

    Recently found you. Love your videos ❤ only one question, in a lot of your videos your head is cut there is always a part missing, why?? Maybe strange too say but i like too see peoples hole face, Maybe put the camera a little higher....

    I’m so glad I clicked on this! I’d love to take your classes! I’m trying to find a Dietitian and nutritionist that my insurance will cover just to learn more about healthy food!!! We just discovered my husband has high blood sugar & cholesterol. He has to months to get it down before his next appointment. He really wants to get it down on his own, so he doesn’t have to get on medicine. I’m at a loss.. The dr told him that all the stuff from our garden was bad. The peas, the speckled butter beans, corn.. all starches he said. He’s using stevia now for coffee & oats. Hardly any carbs & sometimes his sugar is still high 😕

      Increase protein and cut out refined carbs. ZERO bread, oats, rice, crackers, etc. Veggies aren’t the problem here, but always have protein with each meal or snack.
      My dad dropped his cholesterol by cutting out bread and sugar. His dr said that wouldn’t help. 🫠

    I've never had issues with food. I think I have a pretty healthy relationship with food. I don't binge or deprive and have kept my weight pretty stable. In the past 20 years I have gained 20 pounds and that's after having a baby, aging from 20 - 40, etc. I am a bit overweight at a size 10-12 but I think I just have messed up genetics. I've had high blood pressure since my early 20's and now this year my blood test numbers classify me as pre-diabetic. I'm going to try exercise more. because that is where I'm lacking.

    Aaand I have a co-worker who has been intermitted fasting for 8 months (which really equals her only eating dinner) and has lost probably 75 pounds and has already had skin reduction surgery!! I can't believe her doctor never discussed her rapid weight loss before this. It almost seems like people are being rewarded for weight loss no matter how it's done.

    You mentioned how you wish people would have the ability to take at least a basic nutrition course… I took two required nutrition courses for my degree and let me tell you no one broke down how to properly consume food for health in either of those courses. I have learned more from you and other dietitians online in the last several years then I have in my entire degree and in those nutrition courses

      Obviously that’s not sustainable. She’s been clear on healthy nourishment. Why do you need an opinion on that.
