TL/DR: great vid, thought I’d share my notes with mom’s who are running on empty. 1. Brain dump: Write every you have to do on a daily and weekly basis - get it out of your head and on to paper/doc. Be thorough (work and home) 2. Delegate and delete. Hand off to someone else family/friend or hire. Be ruthless - is it necessary? Delete it. 3. Assign tasks- Day + Time. Decide what can be done on each day. Then assign tasks for each day. Be realistic and schedule like tasks together (computer tasks, repetitive tasks, pre-work, laundry days) 3A. Post it: place it somewhere you will see it everyday 3B. Monitor and Be Kind: Don’t stress if it doesn’t get done but if you see that you are not doing certain things repeatedly, then time to evaluate the list and make updates. 4. Wear your baby (Sally wrap). Nap in the wrap and get stuff done. Awake, play, eat all the things. But signs of sleep go in the wrap. 5. Get ready everyday. Define what “put together” means for you, i.e. makeup. Get dressed outside of lounge wear bc your brain will be in lounge mode. Boost your mode (oil diffuser)
I have 4 kids and we have had the same cleaning/laundry routine for the last 6 years. We are able to keep up with the house and always get questions on how we keep our house clean we focus our chores from Monday through Thursday so we have the weekends off 😊
THANK you! Mom of 3 preschoolers and newborn twins. Just wrote out my weekly schedule and feel relieved! There's not many tasks for each day but my brain is happier 😄
I love this video and your energy! I am a mom of two (hoping for a third) and we homeschool. I recently created a monthly housecleaning list and weekly homeschool list. The reason for the monthly cleaning list is because it helps me to keep up with those random chores that come infrequently. For example, I clean bathrooms every Thursday but the shower only once a month. So I basically have one "extra" chore per day to keep up with a clean house. It makes me feel less overwhelmed and also helps me to overlook dirty things, knowing they will be cleaned soon enough.
Your home managment and productivity tips as a busy working mom are my favorites! This is another great one. I'm actually in the middle of creating my mom/home management binder thanks to your videos!
I am currently 10 weeks pregnant with our third kid and it was a complete, beautiful, but complete surprise! I am struggling with feeling sooo tired, nauseous 24/7, brain empty, not wanting to do anything… my second is 18 months and my oldest 3 and a half so it’s okay I don’t have “babies” and the age gap will be fine but I was SO looking forward becoming myself again now that my second is older… I feel like I have completely forgotten my year goals and my motivation and arf… im struggling and at the same time feeling SO guilty for feeling like this… sorry if you are reading this… I just needed to send a message in a bottle and through it somewhere hahaha ❤
It's not easy! All we can do is take it one day at a time, even if that is one of the hardest things sometimes. I empathize with the need to become yourself again. Whenever I find myself at a point I don't want to be or just an unplanned situation, I try to imagine myself looking back on this moment five years from now. Hold tight! ❤
My third was also a complete surprise and I had the same thoughts as you! My older two were the same ages as your two! You got this, Mama! 💪🏼🩷 Morning sickness is so rough 😫😭 My baby boy is now almost 2 and life is so crazy and somehow so sweet all at the same time 🥰🫶🏼
@@poechristhemfitz thank you so much for taking the time to leave me a reply 💕🤗 I truly appreciated it!! You are so right! Cherish every moment and remember you will miss these little moments! All the best to you and you family!!
@@FeedingMyThree Aw thank you so much for sharing your experience with me!! 🤗💕 It really meant a lot! I can exactly imagine what you mean! And omg yes “morning” sickness is the worst!! 😵💫🤢 Somehow this is being my most symptomatic pregnancy and it’s tough!! Haha Oh and I also have a feeling it will be a boy like my first 😅💕 Wow 2 already🥹🫶! I feel that’s the sweet spot when they can all play together! All the best to you and your beautiful family! 💕
I love your productivity videos. I am a mum of 3 and I watched your first video after your 3rd child and I can't tell you how motivated I felt. Thank you for your value addition to mums ❤
I have my list on my phone on "notes" with boxes to check off. I assign things for when my baby naps, or is in her high chair. I edit & edit as life goes on. I left a flex day for odds & ends. It helps ALOT 👍
I made myself a little master list! I didn't realize how much decision fatigue I was feeling. it is all on paper and now I just need to execute. I even added my work out splits to this so I can just take care of that and not obsess!
You would love notion. Iven been doing this for a year through notion. Its so relaxing not being responsible to remember all this life, personal, family, errands, house, tasks to do and just brain dump it all in one place. What's fantastic about notion is that you can create data bases and customize it to dates, priorities, events, tasks, ideas, projects and you can design it to sort it in its category. I also like to sort my tasks by energy level, if it takes me less then 2 min then i tackle it right there. and that empties so much brain space alone.
Amazing! Do you have a notion template that you recommend/share that encompasses all of what you described? I’m new to notion and a new mom so I figured this would be really helpful to get organized.
@benitababy7654 I don't have any. Just what I use. There are a lot of great tutorials on YT, though. And some good free notion templates online. Hansel Sapkota has good notion templates, also Solt Wagner, "Ivan at Notion." Jules Acree has good notion videos.
I used to be extremely routined, even after having one child. But baby #2 completely threw me off😂. I’ve had 2 miscarriages since and am kind of accepting that my baby years may be over. Now that my second child is almost 3, I’ve started to get back into my routines again with laundry and cleaning and it’s been so much better for our home and my work load.
You are so sweet ..Good bless you. . According to pediatrition advice .. for babies of few months of age with heavy head & cute neck ... their neck must be always supported at the horizontal (not in the vertical) plane. . as the head is still the heaviest part of the body. . Best of love & blessings..❤
Love the master list! A lot of the uplift activities are well out of the budget of me or any of my SAHM friends. Ill be looking for low cost alternatives
Currently 29wks pregnant with my fourth. My other kids are 7, 5, and 2.5. I definitely have ups and downs with productivity. My husband and I work full time outside the home as well. Some days I just want to sleep!!! Even the little things tire me out. Thanks for this video... I felt seen ❤ and also I was going to mention that wearing headphones when zoning into tasks has really helped me a ton. Even when it's only to filter background noise 😅
This is so amazing! I’ve been telling my husband that I want to put together a master list but didn’t know how to do it. Your system sound incredible, thank you so much for sharing. Would you happen to sell a PDF for this? I would love to purchase it!! I’m a content creator too and have been definitely struggling to balance it all and stay on top of everything. It sounds like a wonderful blueprint to follow. 😄😄
That's so helpful!! I'm 2 months postpartum with my 2d baby right now and I do feel behind all the time. Also, how do one shower or sit down to eat when they have a baby that doesn't like to be put down?!! I would love to have 3 kids but I'm really scared that it's gonna be too much to handle for us 😅 I would love your intake on how was that transition for your family 😘
Don’t make a decision this early, I have a 3 year old and almost 9 month old. It gets way easier. I felt the same way in the first 4 months, you’re in the thick of it. You’re doing great!
I have a 4 mo and agree it gets easier soon. I got a 4Moms swing used on FB Marketplace so I can put her in there in a pinch if I need to shower or eat and she won’t stop crying. It’s not so good for her head development so I also practiced putting her on the play mat for gradually more time and only use swing as last resort.
I think I should do something like this. But with myself the laundry gets done everyday so I don't think about it. It just gets done. . It's the folding that's an issue. I think I'll try this master list to automate it hopefully:)

This is great. I’m a mom of 2, homeschooling, and a full time student with ADHD. Im excited to try it out!
Your content about productivity and routines is absolutely my favorite! I am currently planning my life masterlist as for now I am just a cat mom!
I’m a new subscriber and a mom of 3. Life can seem so chaotic and this was a breath of fresh air… I loved all of this! Thank you!
Perfect timing. I have a 10 week old and am finally feeling like I'm coming out of the fog. This was so helpful!
Becca I used to watch your videos back when you were single. I must say Motherhood looks great on you! I always enjoy your uplifting videos. ❤❤❤

That baby staring into the camera in the beginning is jus so cute and hilarious 😂
This video helped me so so much. I feel like I've been drowning lately with zero structure and I'm gonna keep rewatching this! Such good tips!
Thank you for this. Less time doing things you have to, and more time doing things you love! Such great tips, I’m going to start my list today.
Just discovered your channel! I LOVE your authentic personality and wisdom!
This was amazing! Thank you so much! Just what I needed and I’m so happy I came across your channel. I’m here to stay 🥰✨🫶🏼

New follower! Loved your tips 💕 I have 2 babies and I’m going crazy. I’m obsessed with your difusser, where can I get it?
@Becca Bristow How is your grout holding up? Any repainting necessary? What do you mop your floor with? Thanks!😊😊😊

I soooo want a diffuser… but I hear that so many of the essential oils aren’t healthy for babies 😕
Can u tell what were those books?
baby wearing would be great if my baby actually liked it but he despises and i’ve try 3 different ones
Which books did you read?
Love this type of content from you❤
Awesome home management tips!!!
I love a good list ❤
I always hear the transition from 2-3 is harder than 3-4 and beyond 🤔 thoughts? I just had my 3rd so I'm curious!
Can you please recommend the books you read
awe congrats! I didnt realize you had 4th. Great to see you xoxo
Do you have a printable task list
hi! great video. any favourite jeans you can link or name?
Can you do a current makeup routine?😊
Thank you for the video!!
Your baby is a little low in the carrier. You should be able to kiss the top of her head comfortably. It will be much easier on the back!
Can I have a copy of your master list?
It does not spin though 👍
Oh my god your baby is soooooo cute
new sub I like the mom master list
New sub
My little one is 3 months old too
