  • Viral Smash Burger Taco
    4oz ground beef per taco
    1 flour tortilla per taco (I used Xtreme wellness wrap)
    Sliced Cheese
    Mayo
    Lettuce
    Jalapeños
    Tomatoes
    DIRECTIONS
    1. Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle over medium high heat.
    2. Place the ball of meat into the middle of a tortilla and press down to spread it out into a thin layer to cover as much of the surface of the tortilla as possible. Sprinkle the beef with salt and pepper.
    3. Place the tortilla meat-side down and cook for 2-3 mins until browned. Flip and cook for a few more minutes to crisp the tortilla.
    4. Top with your favorite burger toppings.
