You are the reason I started regularly working out and being healthier. Last year I got a 3-DVD Fuse Dance set as a birthday present, and it was challenging but simple enough that I could do it at my beginner level and get results. I love looking up other workout videos by you, and they have never failed me! Your strength in your videos is such a motivation to me.

Tolla Gillispie-Adams I've done these exercises since I first started balle years n years ago. I haven't taken balle since I graduated high school, but I still do all the exercises that we had to do whenever I took balle and let me tell you these exercises are amazing. I always fit these exercises into with my other exercise rountine.

I'm one of those people who have flat feet so I need to wear insoles with my shoes whenever i exercise to give my knees / legs proper support - will that detract from the exercise?
Not at all! Barre exercises focus on isometric exercises to burn a ton of different muscles. If you aren't feeling the burn, you can modify up a level to get it going. You are doing the right thing by being safe and giving proper support first!
I am a regular at the local Bar Method studio and I'm quite familiar with all the exercises in this video. I was kinda surprised at the lack of explanation on correct form for all the exercises.
I agree, does this exercise require a turn out position? Not clear at all as to what "ballet position" means and without knowing how to properly turn out I imagine just doing this workout without any prior knowledge would do more harm than good.
