I love this workout! I’ve been doing it every other day for the past week. I tried following workout videos from other youtubers and just felt defeated because they were way too difficult or required too much flexibility so I couldn’t stick with it but I can actually do all of these moves and still feel the burn!

You have to take a rest day. Your muscles won’t grow if you don’t. Not hating, just giving friendly advice. On your rest day do a 20 minute hiit workout or some other type of moderate cardio

For ppl who says the opposite side burns, try this :
Use a some kind of roller and roll the outer side of your thighs, and loosen up the muscles, release the tension. This helped me A LOT.

Any tips on how to keep the form throughout. I hold my tummy in initially and then in between leave and then between again squeeze....oh md that's when it burns more. Like how do I maintain the ab squeeze throughout. The burn is so intense that I tend to forget my abs. But uff this workout is my fav booty workout.

Same here! I feel like my butt cheeks are not going to be even or something haha.
This happens at times, but if you work on centering your body more, the leg working will feel most of the burn. It takes time, but watch and see the results :-)
