    to anyone who is reading this📢📢 results won’t come right away. you gotta work for it. keep the mindset so that you can do it everyday or every other day. i dance and i’ve been through a lot but on my second day it was burning like crazy!! but i kept towards my goal and after 2 weeks i saw a little bit or a change!! you got this keep pushing!! 😌

    I do this routine 2-3x per week and I credit it for my round and toned bottom!! This is my favorite booty workout on RUclips. Stick with it! 🍑🍑🍑

    I love this workout! I’ve been doing it every other day for the past week. I tried following workout videos from other youtubers and just felt defeated because they were way too difficult or required too much flexibility so I couldn’t stick with it but I can actually do all of these moves and still feel the burn!

    I'm starting tomorrow!!
    Will do this every morning for 3 months!
    No more carbs.
    1 meal a day (i'm used to it) of veggies+ meat or eggs or fish, and some vitamines.
    Tired of people not responding to update requests. I'll give one once a month!!
    Good luck people.
    EDIT: I now only do this routine once a week since I started a water fast. I'm on day 10 of the fast and had to stop doing it more than once a week.

      @@yaninashevchuk4928 Hi so far so good. I'm doing it every morning. The 4 first days were extremely painful lol but it's bearable now even though it still burns!!! I've not missed one day since I started and I dont intend to which is cool :) and of course no huge difference yet :P too early lol

      You have to take a rest day. Your muscles won’t grow if you don’t. Not hating, just giving friendly advice. On your rest day do a 20 minute hiit workout or some other type of moderate cardio

    Tbh, this is probably the first solely butt workout I've ever done. Not a big fan of working out my butt, but something changed. I want even just a tiny bit of shape on my behind.

    Excellent workout. Nice pastel clothes but use a darker mat for contrast. I might add ankle weights for an extra burn.

    For ppl who says the opposite side burns, try this :
    Use a some kind of roller and roll the outer side of your thighs, and loosen up the muscles, release the tension. This helped me A LOT.

    Any tips on how to keep the form throughout. I hold my tummy in initially and then in between leave and then between again squeeze....oh md that's when it burns more. Like how do I maintain the ab squeeze throughout. The burn is so intense that I tend to forget my abs. But uff this workout is my fav booty workout.

      This happens at times, but if you work on centering your body more, the leg working will feel most of the burn. It takes time, but watch and see the results :-)

    Hey, I just wanted everyone who might be in doubts to know - this workout REALLY WORKS😍😊 I've been doing it for over a month cca 4-5 times a week and I see a great results. My butt got harder, bigger and it looks sooo much better in anything I wear. Friends actually noticed some change after 2 weeks, so guys, KEEP GOING, it's definitely worth it!💙🌻😊
