An honest impartial view of this lovely bike 👍😊 I was sorely tempted by the Mandello V100 right from first sight but it took too long to go into production, during which time I bought a Kawasaki ZZR1400. When the V100 launched they gave a teaser that the Stelvio was coming, so I waited patiently to see what it would be like. I now own four bikes but could be tempted to part with two of them for a Stelvio.

You looked good on this bike Gregor. I could definitely see you owning one of these. I'm a huge fan of Moto Guzzi's as I own 2 of them. I am even more old schooled than you as I have no riding modes, traction control, or abs which I prefer not to have. I have been skilled the old fashioned way & with an iron butt. We've gotten so soft in today's world. So much technology. If most people had to go back in time, they wouldn't make it. They would be complaining that they need their telephone. You are right Larry. A lot of new riders would have serious problems riding in the old fashioned way, without any new gadgets. The bike I got and you will see very soon (still in June) is kinda you described. :) More or less. I have to admit that I would have some problems "reaching the iron butt" limits. I heard about the floods, but I thought it was already over. I hope that everything will get to normal for you very soon. I agree about taking it off road. There you can easily damage the bike if it is not made for it. Take care bro.

Great video Gregor, I'm not a fan of Italian bikes, but i have to say this looks very nice and suits you well, I was talking with Sergey and was saying if Yamaha will bring back the Super Tenere, and use the CP3 engine, with shaft drive, 19" front wheel and 20l fuel tank, and better wind protection, i will be the first one at Yamaha dealership to place an order, This Stelvio, is basically what i am looking for, it has everything i want, but is something about the italian bikes that holds me back. Looking forward to more videos on this beauty 🤑

@@RRRRefuelRideRace unfortunately nothing is mentioned about this, Only me, I wish these things and I think is very possible because the CP3 engine we all know can do more also if you look at MV Agusta and triumph these bikes already exists with 3 cylinders on ADV bikes so why not Yamaha bring the Super Tenere back ??? 🤔🤔🤔
Yeah, what's up with Yamaha and the Super Tenere. Seems they have totally abandoned the big bore AVD market. If they would put the effort into the 1200 like they have in the 700, that bike would sale. I haven't heard a thing about a update on the 1200. NOTHING!!
Lijep motor i opsežan test. Inače nisam fan taljanskih motora ali tvoj video sam pogledao od početka do kraja. Krasan dizajn, udobnost, mala potrošnja sve TOP. Jedino me zanima par stvari, pošto već duže vrijeme ganjam da kupim neki ADV motor. Da li se može isključiti ABS? Kakav je izvan asfalta? Moji prioriteti su, da bude podjednako dobar i udoban, kako na cesti tako i za offroad. I na kraju mi reci... Sa kojim motorom bi ga usporedio? GS, Africa Twin, Husquarna Norden 901 ili možda Tracer? To su sve kandidati za potencijalnu kupovinu, pa me zanima da li da razmislim i o Moto Guzzi? Inače jako dobar video. Stavio sam ti lajk. Puno pozdrava prijatelju i nadam se da se vidimo za tjedan dana u Umagu 😉

Da ti rečem... nisam ga vozio off-road ali mislim da za to i nije, jer je nizak pa bi mogao brzo udarit u nešto. Ako misliš na bijele putove samo... onda jest super. Od svih tih motora najviše liči na GS-a jer ima i on 19 točak ali Super Tenere bi bio usporedljiv što ima 19 točak. Tracer 9 ima 17 točak i čini se malo manji i nikako nije za off-road. Možda i sa Multistradom kojeg sam isto vozio ali V4 ima bolje sportske performanse. AT i Norden nisam vozio ali oboje imaju 21 točak. Evo, u nedeljo ide GS 2024. Možeš pogledat. Vidimo se u Umagu

We are recharging our batteries 🔋 when we have opportunity. But for the ground clearence, I was thinking for some terrain ,you need a good clearence when you are going offroad. You never know what will come to your way,a rock or something,and you cannot go back. I think that this time this bike has failed it is only for the asphalt . Just a one more Crossover! Look at BMW,KTM,Honda,Yamaha,they are all good in production of adventure bikes,but they all have min.20cm of ground clearence

The only thing I do not like from this Stelvio is that ground clearence. Is not enough for an Adv.bike
For me is just a crossover bike,not the ADV.
