This is a MP3 comparison video. Actually we take a deep look into details after test riding both models. The 530cc and the 300cc. Both models are similar, but in the same time quite different. Both can take you far away and are very easy rideable with only the car license (B license), but what are those significant differences that one need to know when buying one? I’ll be there Gregor 👍
:) Thanks Derek.
A torque wrench should NEVER be used to loosen screws. This is usually stated in the instructions that come with the torque wrench.
You are right. Usually I forget to use the normal wrench, but it only happens 2 times a year. :)
Oh and don't count on the marks on swingarm being very accurate, they can vary but buy a cheap alignment tool like the promotion or similar just over £10 or so,clamp onto chain and the steel rod shows how straight chain is.
Thanks for the comment.
Whatever you do don't follow the yamaha handbook for tension,it states 5mm to 15mm that is far too tight.
Thanks for the comment bro. :)
Hello 🙋 Thanks for sharing! Very interesting and useful content! You did a great job! Stay safe out there! Merry Christmas 🎅 to You and your family ✨️ Cheers
Thanks a lot Alves. Have a nice Christmas, you and all yours. :) Cheers.
Looking forward to this
Thanks mx friend. On Sunday... will share your upcoming videos still today. :)
Nice work mate, chain tension is very important 😎✌🏻
Yes my friend. The bike should be always ready in my opinion. :)
Well done Gregor! I've put mine away and she's coming back out next year 🤣 Have a great Christmas mate!
You did the right thing. The weather is too bad for riding. March is the month to go here. :) You too Alin, have a nice Christmas.
Good job to sort the chain just before christmas. Have a great Christmas mate.
Yes Matt. The bike should be always ready. :) Thanks a lot. Cheers.
Enjoyed the Christmas light show!! What CAMERA did you use to do this ??
I am glad you did Tommy. :) I used the GoPro 9 Black.

Great long term review of your bike Gregor!! Proper maint and many more smiles per miles.... But we wait and see...right ??
This is exactly how you said. Will do another one at about 30.000 km. At that point we will see. We may hear each other during the weekend. :)

@@MRTPR I see. Very understandable. Will watch bro. Take care and have a wonderful Christmas you too. Cheers.
Nice video but one point my friend. You have maybe now damaged your torque wrench. Torque wrench has only to be used for tightening and not slackening tight nuts.
Thanks for tuning in bro. Good point. There is a switch on it and I switched it off before I did the untightening, but I know what you are mentioning.
Good job Gregor- It's good to show this being done to help those that don't know how to do it.Very important to use the torque wrench on the axle nut! Have a Merry Christmas my Special Slovenian Friend! Cheers!! Illinois, USA
Thanks for taking the time Larry. I remember that there was a question about "how I do it" and I just shared it. :) Not to forget to align it on both sides and tighten everything too. Have a nice holidays. Say this to Trisha too. Merry Christmas my friend. Take care. p.s. Will film a short Christmas video too.
It is to tight try sit on the bike and then see how much more tight it is
Thanks for the comment bro. Appreciate it. I know about sitting after.
Good job adjusting the chain. I use Motul chain cleaner, but I don’t like their lube as it splatter a lot of black stuff everywhere. I use XPS chain lube, which is clear and dries nicely.
I see. I had the same problem. You just have to find the one that works for you. I had other "versions" of their sprays and then I finally got the "Factory Line". I stick with it now. Thanks my friend. Take care. Cheers.

You could mention it video that Gregor some people just can’t get it right when they get the wheel aligned yeah👍🏍️
Yes, that is very important. That is why I repeated it "both sides". :) Thanks for tuning in Derek. Will be ready for the link you are gonna send me on FB later. :)
Nice video. I own this bike for 6 months now. I love it. Perfect machine. The seat is on the harder side but as you said you can push it to 150/170 km and then stop to recover. I use my bike everyday and also in heavy traffic so my consumption is a bit high. Almost double of what you get But on road trips it drops to 5
I think that the consumption is gonna drop when you will pass 7000 km. This was the case with my bike. :) Thanks for tuning in bro. Tomorrow there goes the chain adjustment video. You can subscribe if you like my stuff. Appreciate it. Where are you from?
Nice review in my opinion 😂

Hvala. Stvarno nikakvih problema. Ima ko i svaki neke male mane ali ostalo sve super. Hvala ti na ogledu drug. Sad sam stigo do kompjutera bogami. :)
Odlično izgleda, svjetla brrr mrak
Da, ali sve godine je slično. :) Ova svijetla su skupa za postavljanje pa često se ne mjenja. :) I kod vas je slično, čini mi se. :)
Very good offering from Honda. I considered it, but chose to go with the Royal Enfield Himalayan as I think it is better for a more general commuting use with occasional green laning. If I was looking for something dedicated to green lanes, the CRF would come out on top I think. Dewey Rides has travelled from the US to the tip of South America on one. He is currently in my country of origin (Brasil)
I have very similar thoughts to yours. The RE Himalayan is more of a "do it all" machine. That day I didn't have the opportunity to try it because of the rain. Hopefully I will have the opportunity next year. :) Thanks for stopping by bro. Appreciate it. Cheers. p.s. I heard about him. :)

Bice i video o tome, jeli?
@@RRRRefuelRideRace Bude video čim ulovim vremena, jesam zadovoljan sam skroz samo čekam ljepše vrijeme da ga konačno počnem voziti 😅
Super. Pogledam kad bude.
Good morning thanks for a very informative video, great to see real life feedback from an owner rather than a blogger who has a quick test ride. I ran a Tracer for around two years also, it’s a great all round bike. I did extend the hugger and front mudguard as the standard fit are pitiful. I also lowered the front by 10mm which made it much more planted IMHO. Overall it’s a great machine with one of the best engines on the market 👍
I see. Thanks for tuning in bro. Appreciate t. You can sub for support too, if you havent already. 😃 How many miles/km did you cover till now? Any TPS sensor problems?
This is definitely one great and exciting bike my friend 👍
I am always happy when I sit on. :) You are completely right bro. Have a nice week and take care. Cheers.
Hello 🙋 Gregor. It was a good lesson! Your videos. They are always very useful and interesting to watch. We are always learning from you! I wish you much success. keep it up 🤝 Cheers bro 🍻
Oh, very nice to read that. My pleasure. Appreciate it. Have a nice week my friend. I will prepare some more similar stuff soon. :)
Hi (GREGOR), That was very well done. It's hard to go wrong with a Yamaha. I could definitely see you on a BMW1200 with that horizontally opposed engine. I went for a Yamaha Vino ride today. I rode about 15 miles. It was approx. 46 degrees f . Have a Happy Holiday my friend. I sent off for my passport. Cheers!!
Aha, I like BMWs in general. :) It is very nice to read that you rode a bit. Here it is almost impossible. It is very wet and cold. You know... that feeling when you say, it is better to wait for tomorrow. :) Anyways... this is how it is in December, but soon the weather will change for better in my opinion. Have a nice holiday you too. Say Hi to Trish in my name. Cheers. Take care, both of you.
Still a beautiful bike. Glad you are enjoying it Gregor .I do wish they would release an inline four Tracer GT though. - Frank
Thanks Frank. One day may they release a new FJR too. At least I hope. :)
@@RRRRefuelRideRace I believe time has passed for the FJR1300 . It's an amazing sport AND touring bike, but I think the markets have split again, leaving the FJR and Concourse without a Market. The crazy Ninja touring bike still exists, but I doubt they sell any! - Frank
@@OneOldManRiding Your thoughts are right in my opinion. Somehow the ADV segment is so strong that it leaves no place for anything else. :) Will see. There is still hope. :)
Nice one Gregor 👍 You are a very happy owner ✅ I personally love the bike too but the only 2 things that makes me change the bike are: 1- I hate the buffeting gives me headaches even after changing the screen so many times and I have the SCHUBERTH C5 helmet the quietest helmet on the market currently. 2- I find the bike to low with 2up and not enough ground clearance. However, I still love the ride and enjoy it every time I go on it but next year will be time to change, what’s next… I have so much choice now in the same price range so will see
I see your points Alin. I don't ride that much two up. You are probably just "in the middle of the wind" where it is buffeting a lot. I just don't feel it. At least with the HJC helmet that I have right now. Previously it was quite bad. Now it is OK. :) Will try also the Shubert one day when I will get older. :) Joke. Yeah, now you will have a variety of bikes coming out for the next season. Sure. I know that you will pick the right one. Thanks for tuning in bro. Appreciate it. Did you check my Christmas lights?
@ 🤣🤣 sure I did , I’m debating for next year between the new AT and NT from Honda, Multistrada V4S and the new Tracer as they say they put it through the wind tunnel and tested for buffeting 🫣 but will see. What will be your pick from this list ?
@@alinwithther6 I tried the Multi and the NT and the NT has a very very good wind protection. If this matters a lot to you... try it. It is a very comfortable bike. A lot better than the Tracer. We have to be honest. So, the NT, but I didn't ride the AT. :) Cannot say. Multi is somewhere in between. :)
@ I have ridden the NT and the AT but never the multistrada, The AT is a very tall bike and very uncomfortable 🤣 but I really enjoyed that engine and that’s what make me try the NT for better comfort and wind protection but don’t like the look 🤣🤣🤣 The new one has adjustable windscreen, electronic suspension and much more so will have to test properly and maybe take the wife on the back but I want to test the multistrada as well as it has 170 bhp 🫣 scary I know but is something that I want to try
@@alinwithther6 Yes. Do it. The 170 hp that Multi has are manageable, you will see. The bike is very very easy to ride and well made (frame, suspension, engine). One of my friends has one and he is very satisfied with it. He has now around 100.000 km on the dash. :) Just be aware that services are very costly. Just like BMWs I think. You should take your wife with you and then decide.
1) any pronounced vibrations at the handlebar at 140 km/h 2) any noticeable engine heat at the knee?
1) No, after 160 km/h, a bit, but not annoying. 2. No, nothing. Thanks for tuning in bro. Appreciate it. Can check my Trip to Italy Series. Cheers. Ride safe.
@RRRRefuelRideRace last question: what about the engine's docility and tractability at low speed - say 15-20 km/h in town traffic? While not terrible or difficult, I saw in some reviews saying it's a bit 'tricky'...
@@hezrimustapha6906 You are welcome bro. Always. :) To me it is just fine. Not difficult at all. I rode the MT09 from 2019 and there is a huge difference among that bike and this one. The 2021 Tracer 9 has a very mild and easy throttle. Especially in using the Level 2 or 3. I am keeping it in 2. :) I mean the riding mode. I hope that I helped a bit.
@@RRRRefuelRideRace thank you very much for the insight, it is certainly helpful!
