I just got the 2018 accord sport 2.0t in platinum white pearl, after owning 6 Honda, this one is by far the best ever, quiet, smooth, powerful and full of standard safety support features, I had gotten many compliments about the car, every one love it, I really enjoy driving the vehicle, great job Honda.
The 2.0T is such a powerful quick engine. I love it. Definitely puts you back in your seat and can squeal the tires haha. Plus it gets decent gas mileage for that power!! Looks so sporty and sexy. I have a 2019 red one, with the black and chrome rims. The sexiest car I've driven by far. LOVE IT!!
Lucky you, here in north dakota, there is little to no options in vehicles so I ended up with a 2019 sport 1.5 so I don't get much of the best features but overall, this car is a beast. Easily the best car I've ever owned.

Wow. We might possibly be purchasing a 2018 and that is a pretty nifty “trick”. The physical key in the fob is nothing new. But that hidden panel in the corner of the car is pretty dang neat.

I LIKE the Accord rear end. It reminds me of my Volvo S90 rear, especially the "C" taillights. 90% of people also hate the Volvo rear too, it seems. I don't care that you don't like them. WGAS?
Wow that's cool about the tachometer being able to stay on in the background. All the other reviews I've watched of this car have complained that if you want a different display on that side you lose the tach but you're the first I've seen point out the opposite.
A very well done video Jason; I had written off the Accord because I mistakenly assumed that a 4 cylinder would be noisier at idle than a 6 however you dispelled my concern when you pointed out that the new Accord has an active noise cancellation system; to back that up you gave a good demonstration of how quiet the engine is at idle during a quiet period as you demonstrated the parking brake set and release feature. Hondapro you're the best, one thing I want to tell you about honda sensing, I want you to tell to Honda to redesign the sensing in the front of the car, from my experience I have issues with the sensing during driving under snowy and rainy season, the snow sticking up the sensor, because the way honda design sensing housing on the bottom line, honda should make it smooth on the bottom line. So it doesn't hold up all the snow...This issue is make me so frustrated about it.
I wish the upcoming 2018 pilot will have cool techs like the 2018 accord. I changed from the volvo xc90 and Im glad honda is doing very well and i hope similar changes come to the 2018 pilot before i get it in december.

Agreed. I'm confused with all the hate the styling has gotten. It looks very European on the outside and a 2017 Touring parked right next to it suddenly looked very dated by comparison. And I thought the 2017 looked good already!
A couple of things the salesman didn't mention. First, the sensor in the front and the inter-cooler are only a few inches from the very front of the car. If you accidentally hit something firmer than a beach ball, there goes the expensive sensor and inter-cooler. The parts department will love you. BTW, the whole front is plastic. There is no bumper to protect you and the car like cars used to have. Another thing, those flashy wheels. They stick out further than the tires do. So, if you bump the curb while parking, you don't hit your tires, no, you damage your $250. plus wheels. My favorite is the speedometer. Try to get some one to explain why the speedometer goes to 160 MPH when the engine is red lined at around 100 MPH. Take a second look before you buy.
Jason / audience, know how to convert the digital speedometer from KMPH, to MPH? I have a sport 2.0, not the touring. Coming from a Civic, so miss the digital MPH. Thanks in advance!
Best system I've ever personally owned in a car is the 17-speaker Lexicon setup in my Genesis sedan. This system is still incredible almost 8 years later! Also the ML in my old GS350 was pretty epic too.

Picked up my 2018 Accord LX two weeks ago. Car drives great. Very comfortable to ride and drive. My only complaint is on the LX model, the screen (radio) is a dumb screen, meaning, it doesn't do anything and it is NOT a touch screen. All the screen does is show either the radio station or a gigantic analog clock. From what I understand, Honda upgrades you to a touch (smart) screen on higher models (sport and touring) but IMO, this is an incredibly CHEAP out on Honda's part. I mean really, how much extra would it have cost to put the touch screens in LX model? Probably $5.00 to $10.00 (at Honda's cost). I would have gladly paid $50 to $100 more for my Accord to have a touch screen similar to the one in the video. Another video I watched claims that Honda DOES put touch screens on Canadian model LX's. Cmon' Honda!! Throw us (American) LX owners a bone.....

Do you have a video on the parking sensor reset? Have 2019 2.0touring and parking sensors don’t work for parking but do for assist driving. Tried restarting them/turning back on but don’t think I did it right from that video

You know I bought the 2.0T 6MT and I figured it would come with cooled seats, but it didn’t. I would’ve got the touring model but they didn’t offer it in a 6MT which was upsetting, but I love my car. I’m going to Hondata flash the ECU soon to get more power out of the turbo.

2:06 another thing on other trim levels the inside portion of the brake lights along the trunk is non function just cosmetic. So It would only light up on the outside when pressing the brakes

It is totally disappointing to get a car with so much technology that fails from time to time! I’ve been having these issues with the 2018 Honda Accord Touring model. One of their“top of the line” models. The warning lights come on sporadically and disables all that the car has to offer. Has anyone ever encountered such an issue? If so, what did you guys do to solve it!?
Do you ever cover Honda CR-V 2018? The car belongs to a friend who's 84 and needs to keep track of miles he drives for work. somehow, someway, hisitrip meter keeps switching over to kilometers. Northern Virginia Dashcam Subaru’s eyesight sensor is more conveniently located on the back of the rear view mirror like a dash cam.

But are the turn signals/indicator lights LED too? It kills me to see LED lights mixed with regular bulb signals.

New swap for the new civic si. 2.0L engine from this accord to replace it's 1.5L displacement.
Why swap it into the Si? That's pointless. Swap it into the base 2.0L Civic sedan or 1.5L Civic hatch.

I like the Side Mirrors with Reverse Gear Tilt-Down, I think it's better than the 360 camera. Maybe I'm old-fashioned.

Do you ever cover Honda CR-V 2018? The car belongs to a friend who's 84 and needs to keep track of miles he drives for work. somehow, someway, hisitrip meter keeps switching over to kilometers. I can't figure how to change it back and he doesnt know how it keeps changing! Please help if you can or refer me to where I might get an answer. Thanks for all you do.
