    I think doctors are like attorneys.....who do you really trust ? For me, l'm learning from you watching your podcasts and also hearing what Dr. Lim has to say. I watch you on Sunday evenings....l read your starch solution book. All my questions are answered by watching you and Mary. I learn something new every Sunday....and l'm grateful l found you in my senior years. Keep sharing everything you need me to know and don't hesitate repeating. I'm all ears.....

    Hi Doc. Approximately 14 years ago I heard about your starch solution. I used it for about 2 or 3 years with great success and I really am not sure why I stopped using it. In order to maintain my weight, other than the starch solution, I have always used counting calories. However, lately my body is having some malodies that I am assuming is from eating too much fat, too much oil, and too much sugar. So, I have decided to go back on the starch solution. I have been on it for about a week and I'm already noticing marked improvements in my health. Thank you for keeping on keeping on.😀
