Linda and Mrs. McDougall have the same facial shape. Teaching aerobics while being 55 lbs. overweight in and of itself is commendable.

    QUESTION FOR DR MCDOUGALL
If you have over 50lbs to lose what is best way to reduce excess/hanging skin? Is there any advice so you avoid this issue or is loose and flabbiness inevitable? I think this may be a great topic of interest since many are trying to lose weight and this is a concern. I have read that getting adequate vitamin C helps with this issue. Are there any tips to achieve a firm body while losing a significant amount of weight, or is it a genetic or unavoidable occurrence? Should you lose the weight very slowly as opposed to very quickly?

There many, many people who not only did not get better but actually got worse eating this way. Not saying it didn’t work for you, and I’m very happy for you. Just saying that this isn’t the only way and maybe not even the best. I’ll provide links to other videos if you’re open minded.

True. No one size fits all here. Everyone's body is different. We've had different life experiences. Stress and how we respond to it is also a factor. Whether or not it's cancer we all are prone to death. If we don't die from some disease we certainly will die from old age. The fact is no food, no treatment can prevent us from dying eventually. Even the doctors who treat us or patch us up eventually die themselves. Even the the so-called Dr. Mc D will be helpless when that time comes and he has to close his eyes.
