Many thanks for all your lovely comments and support! Yeah, it's a long journey but I also hope it grows very big 🙏💚😊
I've been craving seafood and these looked like a good base for vegan "salmon"! I added a small sweet potato to the red lentils instead of the carrot, some cooked brown rice, dulse flakes, some parsley and a sprinkle of Old Bay. I cut a sheet of sushi nori into quarters and added the mix on top to make 4 filets with "skin". It was really good, thanks!
Wow, what a great idea!! Many thanks to share this! 💚🙏
Did you ever make it ? If so how did it turn out ?
i made these with red onion and cilantro in place of the regular onion and chives. They were delicious! I toasted a Keto burger bun (13 grams of fiber in the Keto buns) and smeared the lentil patty with (vegan) mayo and my favorite hot sauce and topped it off with a few lettuce greens. Best meatless burger ever!
Oh, so glad to read this comment! I love red onions and cilantro , so I'll have to try it too 😋
Made these last night. The whole family loved them! Thank you! So easy.

Love this!! But also the music, all I hear and see is the Squid Games LOL
Many thanks! I haven't watched the squid games so I don't know what you meant 😊
Tasty! Eating them with sour cream.
Sadly my kids didn’t like them
Yummy .....
Many thanks 🙏
Would the lentils be undercooked though.
Just cook them until nice and golden and don't make them to thick :)
Q bona pinta 😋😋❤
Moltes gracies! :D
Hi, thank you for many great recipes. Shall I cook the lentil or use raw after soaking?
Many thanks! Glad that you liked them! I have used soaked lentil, I didn't cooked them! 😊🙏💚
so nice n tasty
Thanks a lot :)
Can these be baked instead of frying
Yeah, you can :)
I don't use oils. Can i avoid oil and use non stick pan?
Hi, yes, you can! You can also use the oven instead :)
can i use yellow split lentils?
Yes 😊💚
I made these. The taste was wonderful, but they were so dry that I could barely swallow them. Not sure if I did something wrong.
They are a bit dry, like falafel. I like to eat them in a salad, in a wrap or with a yogurt dip for this reason :D
😍🥰😍
Merci! :D
I don’t have a food processor
You can use a hand blender too :)
We didn't you take a bite ? Lol
I did!
We're the lentils raw
Yes, they were raw :)
Oil free here, would need to bake.
Yes, you can bake them too :D
Im surprised you're using a very discoloured nonstick pan...given your concern for food that is good for you.... the surface is no longer " safe"....
You were right! A few months ago I got a new one though :)
What is a safe pan? I got a whole Teflon set but now know it’s a bad choice. Is ceramic the #1 choice?
I don't see a need for salt
Don't add it then :)
