Recipe and ingredients:
140g lentils.
fill up with water.
Leave for 8 hours or overnight.
the grains swell and extract the excess water.
add 50 ml of pure water.
30ml olive oil.
crush with a blender.
Where do you come from?

add another 50 ml of pure water.
Salt.
30 grams of psyllium.
1 teaspoon ground coriander.
mix well.
5 grams of baking powder.
mix well.
Grease your hands with vegetable oil.
give shape.
place it on the baking sheet.
a little black sesame.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
the bread is ready!

This is delicious! I soaked my lentils longer than 8 hours, which may have been part of why my dough was wetter than that appears in the video. So, I put in a square baking dish instead of making into buns. The results are so good that this recipe is going to become a staple (aiming for the stiffer dough next time, but I'll never hesitate to use the pan instead).

I enjoy eating healthy foods, and I like lentils very much. The only change I will make is to substitute the psyllium with ground Flaxseed, as it’s what I regularly use as a healthy filler or egg replacement. Thank you so much for this recipe. Also this video is very pleasant to watch. 💕 I’m in Arizona, USA. 😊
I always associated psyllium with those powders for constipation. I guess some people eat it as food. I will try with flaxseed.

Made these several times already! My favorite (compared to red lentil or chickpea bread). Thank you for the recipe/ The only thing is, mine are very dense (and I like them this way), although I follow the recipe to the T! I think it's because I flatten them instead of leaving them round. Will try again and not flatten. I add sunflower seeds and dry onion in mine from time to time. Delicious!

You have some most interesting recipes!! I tried this, didn't have green lentils so used brown lentils. Amazed that it has such a bread texture. Slightly different flavour with the coriander but really nice! Thank you!

I accidentally bought my grandson a glute free pizza recently. I decided to eat it. It was disgusting. Anyone who is coeliac has my deepest sympathy. Ive also made the mistake years ago if buying rice biscuit things as they looked do good.
Why does gluten free have to be taste free as well?
