So, I put in a square baking dish instead of making into buns. The results are so good that this recipe is going to become a staple (aiming for the stiffer dough next time, but I'll never hesitate to use the pan instead).
I accidentally bought my grandson a glute free pizza recently. I decided to eat it. It was disgusting. Anyone who is coeliac has my deepest sympathy. Ive also made the mistake years ago if buying rice biscuit things as they looked do good. Why does gluten free have to be taste free as well?

Often people that have hashimoto disease also have this so it’s advisable to have a blood test for both the coeliac gene and antibodies. Made these several times already! My favorite (compared to red lentil or chickpea bread). Thank you for the recipe/ The only thing is, mine are very dense (and I like them this way), although I follow the recipe to the T! I think it's because I flatten them instead of leaving them round. Will try again and not flatten. I add sunflower seeds and dry onion in mine from time to time. Delicious!

Благодарю за рецепт! Очень вкусно. Я вместо соды добавила бездрожжевую закваску, подождала 30 минут, что бы поднялся и выпекала в духовке.
Там вообще-то не соду а дрожжи говорят добавлять. А закваска на чем у вас? С мукой или тоже безглютеновая?
@@lettaletta5178 простая вечная закваска мука и вода. Храниться в холодильнике. Пеку на ней цельнозерновой хлеб.
@@ИринаБоровкова-у3ю поняла. я думала у вас безглютеновая закваска, хлеб то безглютеновый. К нему и ксилиум добавляется поэтому. Тоже бы так испекла как вы, но у меня ксилиума нет.

Made these several times already! My favorite (compared to red lentil or chickpea bread). Thank you for the recipe/ The only thing is, mine are very dense (and I like them this way), although I follow the recipe to the T! I think it's because I flatten them instead of leaving them round. Will try again and not flatten. I add sunflower seeds and dry onion in mine from time to time. Delicious!
