Thank you very much. I haven't been joining you as I contracted Covid last Sunday. Today is the first day of having much strength. Great to be back. My wife and I have been looking after my sister in law after she had a knee replacement a week ago. All three of us tested positive four days after she was released. Karma I guess. We are all up to date with our shots.
My wife Wendy and I have been doing your chair practices for maybe 6 months now. Very calming yet challenging for us old folks. There is no doubt that we are much healthier since we started following you. Thank you for the hard work in posting so many great sessions.
