  • In this video, we're invited behind the scenes on an epic project. Along with Ozzo Photography, we're going to the top of the Snæfellsjokull in Iceland to fly his DJI Matrice 600 drone and get some epic aerial footage during the night. I got to model and I gotta say that is an experience I will never forget.

This video was truly amazing but so are all the rest of them. The content is just great you share photography tips but just as important practical information on how to get to these places. And of course, I enjoy seeing your photos ! The digital archaeologists of the future will find some truly amazing footage and a legacy well worth studying.

Wow Mads Peter this final Episode 41 is the crowing glory for all your other 40 all Episodes.I have watched all the 30 odd episodes and will complete the rest as well. This episode is most spectacular simply because nature favoured the prepared minds. The aurora dancing and sun drawing the curtain down and the moon glowing is a truly awe inspiring situation. What more can one ask.
For folks who are reading my comments
I have to tell that it is Mads Peter who constantly and consistently says about Health and Safety in photography.
So we should take the advise. Also I am going to purchase your books and map about Iceland and Lofoton.

Great video Mads.. On a trip with my daughter to Iceland, we hiked up about half way to the summit of Snaefellsjokull with crampons and ice axe.. no rope so stopped before crevasses began to appear. A beautiful clear day but very windy. I have climbed mountains in North America and abroad for over 40 years and seeing the tent on the ice rimed peak on that mountain and thought.."I hope he does not plan to sleep there overnight"
Good to know you wisely descended. The weather on that peak would really be epic. Spending 21 days climbing on Mt. Denali in Alaska gave one a sense of the power and beauty of nature. Always enjoy your videos. Maybe you can come and see what the Canadian west coast mountains have to offer some day. Cheers. Blake

    Many Thanks !!!
This is one of the most beautiful videos on the net I've ever seen, since I was already there at Snæfellsjokull, the memories came back to me, thanks to you!
What a crowning conclusion of this island series, I am happy with you and for you.
You have the gift that the audience in your videos feels on the spot and just enjoy the photography, you're just there!
    Greetings, Andy

Great one Mads. Amazing shots and what a place. When I went to Snæfellsnes in May '18 I could only look up in awe at the peak. I totally agree about the passion about making the videos. I don't get paid a dime either - the reward is in the finished result itself. Even more rewarding is when people take the time to comment and appreciate what we make - it makes it all worth it. You can be proud of what you are making. The quality is top notch! PS: Ring næste gang du skal op på toppen :-)

Certainly an "Epic" video. You and your video series have inspired me. Excellent production and love those details you incorporate to help us in locating the best points of particular scenic spots. I've watched this last video killing time at Hofn waiting for weather to clear on Vestrahorn (which is a location I learned from you) Been 2 days, the weather Gods are not being kind to me at this location so far.
