- In this travel and photography guide video, I will show you where and what to see in Iceland. I do so by showing my way to approach different locations in Iceland. I take them one by one in geographical order clockwise around the island. I will stress that this is NOT how "you're supposed to do it". This is simply how I would approach Iceland. You are still the sole creator of your tour to Iceland and you have to design your tour with what you want to accomplish in mind.

Have only recently come across your vlogs on you tube and they are bloody wonderful. Iceland 🇮🇸 is my favourite destination and have lucky to have visited twice. I have been to some of these destinations especially South Iceland, Snaefelsness Peninsula and North Iceland. Still so much more to see and you’ve given me some wonderful ideas for my 3rd trip. Did an organised specialised dedicated photo tour last Feb last year with a small group (9) and it was super - what it did was to give you the confidence to undertake a self drive tour to at least get your bearings and also to get a sense of what to expect. Currently planning to do a self drive expedition by using Mads wonderful videos on top of what I experienced last year! Mads, your stuff is extremely inspiring!

Brilliant whistle stop guide to doing a lap of magnificent Iceland. Just found out I am going this August with my youngest daughter for 4 days. Trying to plan a lap in a camper van, taking in the best sites with limited time and this video is invaluable, will plough through your individual Vlogs on the sites and pick the “must visit” ones. How do you pick from so many incredible places 🤪🤯

Amazing guide, Mads. The only famous location missing there is Landmannalaugar but it's closed in winter so it's understandable. Iceland is so beautiful!
Never been there, so couldn't include it. Actually Hraunfossar isn't there either and that's pretty famous too :)

Simply beautiful. I've been to Iceland once, and it was for 7 days. We simply fell in love with the country. We are now heading back in October for a total of 16 days of traveling, and cannot wait. We will go around the whole country this time, I have many of the spots of interest already marked in my map and hope that the weather will cooperate. Thanks for the video!
