  • In this episode we're going to the famous rock formation Hvitserkur in northern Iceland. This rock is a landscape photography favorite and a must see location of Iceland. Almost no matter the weather you can get some beautiful photographs. I have visited this location several times and in this video during a sunrise. Everything filmed in 4K.

Nice overview video. I seem to like the low tide pictures the most with the ripples in the sand. You are right about the northern lights they really have to go across the sky for it to really shine through on that.

Despite less than optimal conditions sometimes, you still manage to capture stunning, mood filled images. Admirable as always. was there a sign that forbid the flying of drones? If not, how did you know drones were forbidden? The gentleman in the DJI store in Reykjavik last year basically told me it was ok to fly anywhere but around the airport. When I went to Dyrholaey, there were signs, so I complied, but there was still somebody who was flying their drone.
