    Are these exercises should be done separately as a strength training session out of running?

    Do u think a month of doing this core can give u a mote or less defined core.can i do theese exercises for 45secs on and 15sec rest

      You get Definition by getting lean and yes if you are someone who is very lean you will see

    The v wit hurts my hip flexors is that normal or am i just doing it wrong
