I do running 4 days a week tell me a schedule so that i can train my self for both sprinting and long distance
Someone correct me if I'm wrong: You can probably become good at both, but to become exceptional at either, you'll have to choose one of them. Both use a different set of muscles and require incompatible techniques.

I’m so confused now I’m not a competition runner but running is part of my lifestyle enough so that this information would be vital for me and I can’t find a concrete answer! I’m only concerned about preserving my knees any run that is “softer” on my knees I will conform too 😊
It's about finding your perfect balance
Don't listen to other people. Pay attention to how you feel when you run. If it feels good, smooth, relaxed, graceful, do it. It is hurts or feels off, out of line, wobbly, unstable, uncomfortable, grinding, figure out why and fix it.
