    Pandan Chiffon Cake Ingredient
    -蛋黄Eggs yolk 5nos
    -白砂糖White sugar 30g
    - 油Oil 30g
    -椰奶Coconut milk 50g
    -斑斓叶汁Pandan juice 75g
    (5片斑斓叶加水200ml搅成汁)
    (5 pieces of pandan leaves and 200ml of water to blend and make pandan juice)
    -普通面粉Plain flour 120g
    -白醋White vineger 1/2tsp
    -蛋白Eggs white 5nos
    -白砂糖white sugar 60g
    -8寸的烘烤模
    -8-inch baking mold
    -150·c 烘烤45分钟
    45分钟后调到180.c 烘烤5分钟
    -150·c Bake for 45 minutes
    After 45min turn it to 180.c and bake for 5 minutes
