    咖喱酱
    -两汤匙油
    -半个中号洋葱
    - 三个小米辣
    -两瓣蒜(切碎)
    1汤匙番茄酱
    -2汤匙咖喱粉
    -1茶匙盐
    -1茶匙糖
    - 一粒苹果
    -两个小土豆(切成2厘米方块)
    -1个中号胡萝卜(切成三角形块)
    -1汤匙玉米淀粉(与一汤匙水混合)
    - 一汤匙黄油
    -三百毫升的水(分成150毫升,分两次加入)
    -香辣鸡肉块四个(用空气炸锅炸)
    -4杯米饭
    Air-fryer Spicy Japanese Curry Katsu Chicken ingredients
    For the curry sauce
    - 2tbsp vegetable oil
    - half medium onions
    - 3 pcs chili padi
    -2 clove gurlic (minced)
    -1 tbsp tomato paste
    -2 tbsp curry powder
    -1 tapsalt
    -1 tsp sugar
    -1 pcaapple
    -2 small potatoes (cut into 2cm cubes)
    - 1 medium carrots (cut into triangular pieces)
    - 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
    -1 tbsp unsalted butter
    -300ml water(Divide it into 150ml and add it twice)
    For the chicken katsu
    -4 pcs of spicy chicken
    For serving
    - 4 cups rice
